Said it was 48 hours delivery but my product still not arrived 96 hours after ordering. Probably issues with Royal Mail as they are garbage.

I was extremely annoyed by the delivery driver. He through my package in over my wall. And my dog opened the package. Iv email dpd to complian but iv heard nothing back.

I wouldn't even give them one star, ordered a zip top and it arrived and was wrong one, returned this and also emailed them to advise, they apologised and would not accommodate me in any way. I ordered it again as they explained it was an error and same thing happened again, wrong top received, they havnt even offered to refund the shipping charges, do not order from this company, awful service

19/11/21.2 days express delivery. 5 days, still hasn't shown. Had email to say went wrong place and being delivered now, immediately received message saying item dispatched from original source (evolve). Tracking shows nothing, 24/11/21. Still awaiting. Really disappointed. Any compensation? Probably not. I thank you

I am extremely disappointed with your shop and will be telling my family and friends of my experience so that they don't get caught out like I did. Last year I ordered from your shop and was told the courier lost it which I find hard to believe as I order online often and that never happened before. Now I was buying my son a jacket that he wanted for so long and I get told it was shoplifted. I find this extremely hard to believe as I am sure a shop like yours with so many valuable items would have a level of security where people cannot shop lift. I have never had an experience like this at any other shop and won't be purchasing again as it is so disappointing

Still haven’t get my order 1 week after.. I paied 15£ for a 2days delivery

I placed an online click & collect order Friday 1st October. It stated the item was in stock which is why I went ahead and placed the order with the item being paid for on receipt of the order. When I turned up to collect the item on Monday - I had to wait around while they tried to find my order to be told that the item was not in stock and therefore was unavailable and did I want to choose something else. I asked why I had not been contacted via email to notify me of this. I had made a 92Km round trip to collect this item. I will therefore NOT be using their online service again. I drove 92km round trip to collect

Advert for ladies belt did not give size so was too small. I would not have ordered that size,there was no choice given. Very poor information.

Items have never turned up even though it was next day delivery and had nothing off of them to say why.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately the original item that was ordered was mislabeled which caused the incorrect item to be dispatched to you. We totally accept that we are at fault and this mistake should have been caught before the item was dispatched to you. I believe during your first phone call there was either a small miscommunication or misunderstanding. It is company policy that an item is returned before a replacement is dispatched. As soon as we received the incorrect item back, the correct item was dispatched to your address. My apologies if this was not clear. Thanks,
