Poor customer service. Been waitin two weeks 4 them to get back 2 me bout faulie goods despite repeated phone calls an emails. Avoid.

Do not use, for a small company they do not check their products before sending out . They do not compensate you for their errors . To put people out in this pandemic is shocking . Sending clothes out still with security tags . Making people are isolating go out to return because of their errors . Totally distasteful

I ordered and paid for 3 t-shirts - 2 Nr green & 1 Nr white - only 1 of each arrived. I emailed advising them of this 4 days ago and I've not heard anything back.

Order confirmation: ID 105650 Placed the above order on Monday 23rd of March 2020 no information at all on position of order in any way sent previous emails still no reply. Very disappointed in lack of any information back!!!!

Extremely poor service, I ordered a light grey ellesse jacket and received a white one in the post. Disappointing as I now have to return it which takes time and costs me money.

Item arrived damaged-faulty zip on bottom of joggers. Either had to pay to return or sew up the zip. Opted for the latter but not impressed.
