I placed an online click & collect order Friday 1st October. It stated the item was in stock which is why I went ahead and placed the order with the item being paid for on receipt of the order. When I turned up to collect the item on Monday - I had to wait around while they tried to find my order to be told that the item was not in stock and therefore was unavailable and did I want to choose something else. I asked why I had not been contacted via email to notify me of this. I had made a 92Km round trip to collect this item. I will therefore NOT be using their online service again. I drove 92km round trip to collect
