“Absolutely in love with my ring. My beautiful mum is with me always now. I had it engraved too which took some time to do and the only thing I would say is maybe keep your customers informed of the process. It took around 5 weeks before I received it but totally worth the wait. It arrived in lovely packaging and boxed beautifully. The white resin and diamond dust is perfect. My mums birth stone is pearl which is why I opted for this colour. Thank you so much EverWith I will definitely recommend you to others.”

“I ordered the 9ct gold 'Broken Heart' self-fill Pendent on the 19th November 2025, I was very excited about it as my Dad and I had chosen this together and we both decided on the personnel message. The thought of having my Dad close to me all the time was comforting. I was informed that as it was close to Christmas it most probably would not arrive until mid January, which was absolutely fine. A few days later the funeral directors called me saying that EverWith had contacted them saying my personal message I wanted engraved on the back was to many characters, even though on their website it clearly states 'Due to the size of this piece, we can engrave 20 characters'. My message including the spaces was 19, but was told I had to change it to just 6 characters, a very big difference, this was due to the self-fill screw at the back of the pendent was in the middle, BUT this was not the case with the photos shown on the website, it shows it at the top. I sent my very reduced message back, feeling very disappointed as I was not able at this time speak to my Dad about the change. I received a call from the funeral directors on the 27th January 2026 to say my pendant had arrived and I would be able to pick it up in the afternoon when they had filled it with Dads ashes for me. It was nicely wrapped, I opened the box and the pendant its self was beautiful but the chain was extremely fine. When I got home I put it on and sadly a few hours later I had to remove it. The pendent is heavy and the chain is not substantial enough, because it is so thin it began to feel uncomfortable to wear. I sent an email to EverWith explaining all of the problems I had experienced through my journey and how upset it had made me feel. EverWith contacted me asking if we could have a conversation and sort these issues, they called me and to be fair they couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful, they wanted to find out why the pendent design was different from the images on thier website and try to put right the problems. They offered to send different pendents for me to look at and a couple of upgraded 9ct gold chains, But they would be sending them in silver to the funeral directors for me. I was told to think about it and to take my time there was no rush. I spoke to my family over the weekend and decided I wanted to keep the pendent excepting they were unable to do anything about the engraving but I would like to have the 9ct gold single curb chain sent instead of the silver one so hopefully it would be great and I could start wearing my pendent after so much upset. The chain arrived on the 10th Feburary feeling excited and went with the pendent to the funeral directors and it was sent in rose gold instead of 9ct gold and was not much better than the chain that comes with the pendent, I was so disappointed and upset to say the least. I said I would like a full refund and I would go to a jewellers and purchase a nice sturdy chain that suited the beautiful heart pendent. The photographs on the EverWith website have not been updated and the information about the amount of charters is still showing incorrect. Such a shame having to go through all of this at such a very sad time.”
