I posted my ashes to Memorial Jewellery on 14th April and eventually received an email of receipt on 25th April. This advised me there would be a manufacturing delay and it would take up to 20 working days instead of the website wording of 7-10 days. I emailed the company on 5th May and requested that it be posted to arrive no later than 26th May as I had plans to scatter my beloved dog's ashes on the 27th May. This still gave the company 21 working days from the date of their receipt. Their response sent to me on the 7th May stated they would try their best to meet my request but they could offer a 24hr turnaround for an extra £24.99 to be sure! I instead waited patiently for the ring to arrive within the 20 working days. As I had heard nothing by the 20th May (18 days from their receipt of the ashes) I rang the company to enquire when the ring would be posted. At last I received some good service by a lady called Marie who was most apologetic for the poor service. She kindly sorted it straight away and called me back to advise the ring would be posted that day. Sadly, when the ring arrived I was disappointed. The 'white' resin heart was more grey, the diamond dust I'd paid extra for was barely evident in any expected sparkle and the ring was very chunky thick silver. I would advise anyone thinking of purchasing a more 'delicate' ring to visit the showroom in person to physically see what you are buying. Very disappointed.

The jewellery that has arrived is beautiful, but after ordering 4 pieces of jewellery costing well over£1000 back in December, I received the 2 necklaces I think was early Feb, a 9ct ring last week, but still waiting for the silver gents ring, you can only imagine how upset and disappointed I am at the time it has taken to receive part or my order, after several emails and a phone call to customer service, they are not able to tell me when my items would arrive, they used the fact of business closing for Christmas, waiting for supplies, unable to contact supplier. Very disappointed

Order was placed over the phone, We lost a Son not a Dog. You sent a Paw print locket. My Wife was extremely upset. We will think twice about recommending EverWith to friends. The young lady that received my phone call agreed to replace the Locket with one of my Wife's choosing and we hope it comes with the engraving Ride free Sean on the back. Poor communication. Disappointed when I received my ring as the colour is very different from that on the colour chart provided and the images online showing the ring in the colour chosen. I chose this company as it was recommended by a family member. I wanted to order two more rings but I won't be doing so now.

After waiting for some time to receive my ring order, due to it being out of stock, I finally received it on the 19th of December. I had ordered a blue ring, unfortunately when it arrived it was green. I rang customer services who asked me to send pictures by email. This I did straight away, but up to date I have had no responses have now reluctantly decided to keep the ring. Very poor customer service, will not use again. Elaine Lloyd

I purchased a men’s signet memorial ashes ring with diamond dust. When it arrived, I was over the moon as it looked fantastic and due to the sentiment behind it, it meant a lot. I noticed around a month later that the ring had marked quite easily, but out this down to general wear and tear - knowing that ultimately life happens and items get scratched etc. We are now just over a year into owning the ring and although I wear it daily, the ring ins not holding up as well as I had expected. For everyday wear, I wouldn’t recommend, although for special occasions, it may suffice. For me, it was something I wanted to wear everyday, so a little disappointing that it hasn’t stood the test of time (only just over a year). In addition, the website states that the ring should be hallmarked, but it isn’t. Base on the above, I probably wouldn’t purchase again.

Bought a few pieces of jewellery from EverWith and I have been delighted with them. Unfortunately this time I can’t say the same. After a very long wait for the bracelet to arrive I was very disappointed. The actual infinity part of the bracelet, where the ashes are, is lovely but the bracelet itself looks cheap and flimsy. For the money I paid I expected better quality. The bracelet is very fine and thin. Not what I expected at all from EverWith. I am so disappointed I will order something else from somewhere else.

The bracket is very fine and the catch to open is to small. This has been taken to a local jeweller to replace the catch with a bigger one. Very disappointing as I have previously purchased neckless. I have not raised with customer service.

Ordered an infinity bracelet. The infinity charm itself is lovely however the bracelet is not long enough and is of poor quality. The bracelet literally lets this item down and I am now stuck with my precious loved ones ashes in a box unwearable. Brush off from customer service

I Was so looking forward to receiving my ring but was disappointed when i opened the box. My heart is smaller than expected as well as the white gold band was very thin which makes my engraving difficult to read. I feel the ring is to fragile to wear daily which upsets me that I bought this to comfort me for my loss. Very disappointed 😞

Jewellery was perfect but certificate of authenticity both deceased names were spelt wrong ‘pasty Edwards’. Communication is lacking was told a new certificate would be sent last Friday/ Saturday- still not received this. Very insensitive error and it still hasn’t been rectified

I purchased two rings for my wife and her sister after losing their mother. When the rings arrived we were disappointed with the rings because they looked bigger in the brochure, and the one we received are small compared with the photos in the brochures. One ring contained the glass containing the ashes but it is tiny and we wonder if there are any ashes in there. Now we are looking for an alternative company to order bigger rings. Really disappointed.

The service was fantastic but the quality of the chain to support the weight of the locket was so poor and inadequate, I had to rush out and buy a replacement on the eve of the special occasion for which the locket was intended . I spent an extra £40 to do this and extra last minute stress !

The heart is lovely however a lot smaller than I was expecting. The chain is very thin and the clasp isn’t good quality as chain has already fallen off after first day of wearing

Jewellery was good, but service very disappointing. Website says 4 - 6 weeks, brochure says they will keep you updated of the progress of your purchase. After 6 weeks I contacted them as not heard a word from them. Received the jewellery 9 weeks after ordering.

Was disappointed with the engraving yes it is a limited space but most people couldn't read it at all. It was £75 maybe I was expecting more. However my main piece of Memorial jewellery was going to be one of your rings, hopefully the bracelet was just beyond my expectations, so will give it a lot of thought before I order the memorial ring which is what I would really love to remember my beloved husband
