Our team of craftspeople respectfully blend a tiny amount of the ashes with the special resin in the chosen colour. Each of our exquisitely crafted pieces of jewellery contains a small cavity where the resin containing the cremation ashes is carefully entered layer upon layer.

“Really nice pendant and I’m happy with my purchase. My only complaint is that I was told 6 weeks wait, I then rang up and was told 6-10 weeks wait. Ended up being 12 weeks in total. If your customer team was to be more honest when placing an order this would help, Also if you are 6 weeks in a quick courtesy call updating your custom would offer better communication and reassurance.”

Good morning Sarah Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I've looked at the history and can see that we have re-plated your original ring twice previously due to tarnishing. The same thing happened again and we replaced your ring with a completely different style. Within a short period of time the new ring is in a terrible condition. As per my email to you yesterday we believe this keeps occurring as the care guide has not been adhered to. kind regards

“Absolutely amazing customer service! After been told the piece of jewellery I was buying wasn't going to be in until the week before I got married I was risking it anyways. After a conversation with EverWith they made me feel relaxed that once the bracelet was back in stock they've put me on priority to make sure it was complete it time!
