The Quality of the bracelets is very poor the chain is so thin that I am too scared to ware it ,it is so difficult to fasten and all the instruction do not shower do not do house work it will be more off my wrist than on and it is so small a fastner makes taking it off and on so often difficult. I wanted to ware it all the time but I am scared I will lose it as just a small pull it will break I sent for three bracelets two for my daughters and they are not too happy also .For the amout of money they cost they certainly were not worth it

I ordered 4 pieces of jewellery at the beginning of December, they received my partners ashes 18th December, because of the Xmas break they explained that there would be a slight delay with processing my order, which I fully understood. Then heard nothing and needed to get back in touch with them middle of January. To cut a long story short,I have received both the engraved necklaces, which are beautiful, but my gold ring still hasn't arrived from their supplier, nor has the gents silver ring, and they are not even able to tell me when they are expecting them, customer service are not able apparently to contact their suppliers as it is outside their remit. I have requested correspondence from a manager/proprietor in hope they can shed some light, it's been a few days and I as of yet had a response. I am so upset and disappointed,I never put and bad review,I talk directly to whoever, but I feel this is the only way to get some feedback from them

I ordered with everwith as it stated it would be sent within 7 days of them receiving the ashes. For personal reasons I needed the necklace asap so everwith seemed perfect. Sadly it took 4 weeks from receiving the ashes and I didn’t receive my necklace in time for the reason I had ordered it. I was not even contacted to be made aware it was going to take this long it’s only the fact I emailed them to find out what was going on.

I'm really pleased with the ring that I have received, unfortunately the length of time it took and no communication was a major let down. It took over 11 weeks when the website says 6 - 8 weeks, with the only communication in that time was me asking how long it will be. When dealing with customers precious ashes you need to be more respectful. For this reason I cannot recommend you.

Apparently I ordered the most popular piece, so of course, it was out of stock. For six weeks. When it did arrive, it is the cheapest, tattiest bit of silver I have ever come across. But of course, it contains my Mothers ashes. So I will have to apologise to her, every day, forever, that I let myself get sucked into doing this, and wasted what she would have said was "good money on rubbish". You have obviously spent more money on the expensive and beautiful quality branded packaging than the item itself - as a small business owner, I know exactly what that costs. Avoid this company

Hugely disappointed after spending over £500 and already having to change my item due to tarnishing of the metal to find that a stone has dropped out of my ring a few months out of warranty. I’ve contacted customer service on numerous occasions only to be told that I must spend another £39 to have my ring repaired! I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the lack of support and care I’m receiving, I will be contacting them again today to raise a complaint as I am so upset about this. I follow all directions for wear as per the website, and still I’m left with a faulty ring I can no longer wear. This item is extremely precious to me, and it’s really hurtful to see the lack of care once you’ve spent your money with this company. I will be taking this further as this is the second faulty item I’ve had, and I no longer have access to any of my Grandads ashes to have another piece made elsewhere. Absolutely heartbreaking that I trusted EverWith to make this purchase and I’ve been let down with a sentimental item I wanted to keep forever. I have tried to add images but there seems to be an error uploading photos on negative reviews..! Seems this is a problem others have had too, but when leaving a “positive” review, people have no issues uploading images!

I had a very bad experience from beginning to end. I was optimistic of decent customer service having read the reviews buy sadly that wasn't my experience. Emails were ignored...my production & delivery time was 7 days...I'd still heard nothing after 14 days. I had to constantly chase up my order by phone & email..then was so upset when the custom resin colour I ordered was done incorrectly...I ended up with a ring so awful that I couldn't wear it. I had to demand a full refund. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Hi I purchased a sliver ring from you with my dad’s ashes in, when I got the ring it was beautiful but I’ve noticed that it’s starting to tarnish at the back/front also my daughters is going the same way, I’m very disappointed about this especially when I thought it was Stirling sliver and not sliver plated plus the price that I’ve paid. I’ve put the ring away as I can’t wear it with the tarnish. I wanted a memorial ring to keep my dad with me at all times and to ease my grief. I’ve tried to add a photo but it won’t let me. Absolutely disgusted only had it 4 weeks.

After returning it as heart is off centre to be told it was fine long wait....3 months to be thrown over back gate and not signed for.It will stay in box.....very disappointing Will go else where to get another one done.

Very unsatisfied, it has come back and its the wrong size, too big And there is also a sharp edge. This was for my parnter with her dads ashes. Which she is scared to send back in case ita damged

When it eventually arrived I was upset at the size of the pendant, as you supplied a spoon for the ashes,and when I received the pendent and ashes back ,thought it looked like a childs necklace for the money.i wish I had ordered a ring now as pendant is to small for the money it cost I am very disappointed.

I ordered my ring on the 17 of February when booking it says please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. I still have not received my ring or my boys ashes back. I spoke to someone on the phone today who said if I ring back on Monday they will have another story for me I have made several phone calls about my order and keep getting told a different thing every time I ring. I hope they still have my boys ashes and haven't lost them and that's why they are stalling terrible service I will not be using them again

Absolutely shocking customer service I sent for this ring for my beloved dog I lost on the 10 Feb we are now on the 14th April and it’s not even ready to be dispatched, customer service are rude and don’t respond back would never use this company again or recommend them .

Do not purchase a ring if you wish to wear it! After waiting a very long time for my ring to arrive, I treasured it and wore it to keep my father always close to me. A few months after the one year guarantee had expired I noticed that half of the resin with my father’s ashes in had fallen out. Obviously, I was upset and left a review on Trust Pilot to warn others not to trust this product with your loved ones ashes. I was contacted by a ‘Customer Services Agent’ who said they would take a look at my ring and would I please removed my one star review! Christmas came and went. I looked at there site to ready for returning my ring only to find that ‘Jonathan’ their director, had replied to my review stating he was ‘so disappointed’ that I had felt it necessary to leave a review. I obviously answered his review stating how disappointed I was that I have lost some of my fathers ashes due to their sub standard product! Again, I was contact and asked why I had left another negative response. This person was so patronising asking me why I had answered Jonathan’s review? I was again asked me to remove my review and they would repair the ring. My ring is now repaired. I now have no faith in wearing it. I have just lost my mother and nothing on this planet would entice me to send her ashes to this company! The company states that you must NOT wear their rings to do housework, bathing, sunbathing, swimming, applying perfume and hand sanitiser. Why bother to purchase one in the first place? The idea of their product is so that your loved ones are ‘Everwith’ you. Not just at certain times!

Item received was not what was ordered sent back which cost £7.65 asking for a refund for this but getting no reply! Requestied exchange which has been sent out hopefully the right one comes this time

Must first review has disappeared - what a surprise !! When purchasing the ring it took a lot longer than expected or advertised. I was advised they had to wait for the rose gold. Half of the resin has 'dropped out' of my ring meaning that I have lost some of my father's ashes. The ring now is unwearable. Obviously, this has happened once the ring is out of guarantee I had a call from there 'customer services dept' and they will repair the ring - but losing some of my father's ashes is heart-breaking.
