Absolutely awful service !ordered in October for a Christmas present and assured delivery for Christmas it actually arrived January,emailed number times told id missed Christmas delivery! I would not have ordered if that was the case and the lady whom I ordered it with direct was informed I was in Jamaica until December 11th and she assured me it would be ready before then and they would not post until my return !! Disgusted and disappointed to say the least NEVER EVER. Use them again

Dear Jean Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. Our gold orders take approximately eight weeks from ashes received by us I'm afraid. This is why we have a cut off date to guarantee orders delivered in time for Christmas. Unfortunately we did not receive your ashes until after this date. Even if we had received them before the cut off date we could not have promised to have your jewellery with you by early December due to the length of time the process takes. We were, as a small team working very hard to fulfil as many orders as we could during this very busy period. kind regards Ellie
I purchased a necklace just short of 5 years ago. Gold ringed necklace with my father’s ashes in. The necklace started to snap (don’t wear to bed or swimming etc) I took it to get another link put in only for the jeweller to tell me that it’s poor quality gold and it’ll keep snapping. I’ve reached out to Everwith as I’m devastated! This is so precious to me! They are not prepared to help in any way shape or form. Very expansive necklace only last a couple of years is not worth it in my opinion - Check the quality and carat before you buy please, because you only get a year warranty! I will not buy from this company again!

As a jewellery making company the extremely long production time due to waiting for materials to be used then to be assayed before any work commences I find ridiculous, especially as payment is made in full at the beginning of the order. Communication is extremely poor as the same message is displayed on chat system which states awaiting fulfillment everytime you try to track item. If I hadn't contacted via email I wouldn't have received any communication at all. During a particularly difficult time the last thing I needed was to have to keep chasing for information on order. There are plenty of other companies that do the same memorial jewellery and have a 3 week turnaround mine took 11 weeks to arrive. Quality i don't think is worth the £650.00 paid as is already scratched and have followed instructions that were provided. Overall very disappointed with whole experience and quality of end product

I feel so let down by this company, I finally made the decision to order a ring from Ever with on the recommendation from a friend. I chose and ordered a ring on line and paid in full. Next day I received the package to send my dad’s ashes, the advice was to be on the safe side to send by special delivery which I did but cost me £9.00. I stated i needed the ring by 9/11/25 I received an email to say my size was out of stock and would be 6-8 weeks. I emailed back to say I wasn’t happy about this and I didn’t want to choose another ring. They emailed to ask if I wanted to keep the order on a back order, I said I wasn’t happy, I was concerned about my dads ashes being there for 8 weeks and that I was going away on the 9/11/25 for 3 weeks. I had no response back from my email. Due to the lack of communication I decided to cancel my order on Friday 31/10/25 by telephone and was assured I would receive my dad’s ashes back to me the next day. Spoke to a nice lady who totally understood why I wasn’t happy and that I was concerned about dad’s ashes being left there for a long time. She said she would cancel my order and said she would refund my money. By the end of the day I had confirmation of a delivery time of between 11.45-12.45 on Saturday 1/11/25 No ashes were delivered, I checked on line with the courier and it said customer refused package??? They had been sent to the wrong address, I did a change of address on line and hoped for the best. Ashes were delivered thankfully on Monday 3/11/25 I telephoned Tuesday 4/11 and spoke to a lady who said they put the label on and sent them to the correct address, she asked me to photo the label with the INCORRECT address on and email it straight away which I did. I have again had no response today regarding this. It is appalling that you send some loved ones ashes to an address that’s not even near my address and most of all don’t even contact to give any explanation or apology, This has been very upsetting for me knowing that my dad’s ashes could have not been found. Someone needs to be accountable for this and hopefully doesn’t happen to anyone else.

My order was forgotten/ misplaced and was not processed, I had to email and chase my order The courier left the package on full view on the doorstep instead of leaving it with a neighbour as instructed, because we weren't in to receive the package Very poor show from all concerned.

Very long delivery, extended the wait and was a present for a birthday so didn’t come in time which is disappointing. The ring it’s self for the price didn’t WOW me as wasn’t anything like the picture online.

I purchased a ring in April ‘25 and it is already badly tarnished. I expressed my upset and disappointment as I do not have a manual job and would not expect it to do this. I never received a response following 2 emails. I would not use this company again.

The website said 7 days to receive my bracelet but after paying received and email stating there were delays in the workshop and would take 20 days! Paid extra for diamond dust, can’t even see it! Plus I actually phoned the Company as I could not even see the engraving, they said it was there and if I run my nail along I can feel something but no idea what it says - I don’t wear glasses and my eyes are good! Waste of money!

It says 7 working days for silver jewellery, so I ordered mine 3 weeks in advance for my graduation ceremony to take my dad (in the necklace) with me. So I am still disappointed, as it didn't arrive till 21 days later. Its been a while and still can't even look at that necklace. Wasn't worth the money.

If I am being honest I am really disappointed with my ring. Firstly I’m disappointed with the time it took to arrive although for a bespoke item of jewellery I can understand. However! On arrival I was very disappointed how big and bulky the ring was and not as dainty as it looks in the images. I had my parents ashes put either side of the centre stone but due to the stone being so big you can barely see where the ashes are. Also due to the design of the high stone and the setting it does not sit correctly on my finger. Not just my finger, anybody’s finger. Due to the weight of the setting and stone it constantly spins. The weight just pulls it to the side. I have cried over this as it was a gift from my husband and it was an expensive gift and a very sentimental gift and I can’t wear it. I am honestly broken hearted as I was so excited to be having my parents ashes with me forever but due to the poor design of the ring it is not wearable. I am truly heartbroken.

Very disappointing experience so far with a silver locket I orderd to hold my late border collies fur. The delays in procesing orders were only made clear after I placed my order and sent the fur back. Locket arrived and it did not close at all (catch was faulty) and so little fur was used that it was barely visible. Very upset as this was supposed to be a special piece of memorial jewellery that I thought would have been made with care and attention but felt like it had been thrown together - the faulty catch itself should never have passed quality control. I sent a video and photo of the locket and I am currently in contact with Customer Services who have agreed with my comments and have offered to replace the locket. I just hope that the replacement is the quality I thought it would be in the first place.

The Quality of the bracelets is very poor the chain is so thin that I am too scared to ware it ,it is so difficult to fasten and all the instruction do not shower do not do house work it will be more off my wrist than on and it is so small a fastner makes taking it off and on so often difficult. I wanted to ware it all the time but I am scared I will lose it as just a small pull it will break I sent for three bracelets two for my daughters and they are not too happy also .For the amout of money they cost they certainly were not worth it

I ordered 4 pieces of jewellery at the beginning of December, they received my partners ashes 18th December, because of the Xmas break they explained that there would be a slight delay with processing my order, which I fully understood. Then heard nothing and needed to get back in touch with them middle of January. To cut a long story short,I have received both the engraved necklaces, which are beautiful, but my gold ring still hasn't arrived from their supplier, nor has the gents silver ring, and they are not even able to tell me when they are expecting them, customer service are not able apparently to contact their suppliers as it is outside their remit. I have requested correspondence from a manager/proprietor in hope they can shed some light, it's been a few days and I as of yet had a response. I am so upset and disappointed,I never put and bad review,I talk directly to whoever, but I feel this is the only way to get some feedback from them

I ordered with everwith as it stated it would be sent within 7 days of them receiving the ashes. For personal reasons I needed the necklace asap so everwith seemed perfect. Sadly it took 4 weeks from receiving the ashes and I didn’t receive my necklace in time for the reason I had ordered it. I was not even contacted to be made aware it was going to take this long it’s only the fact I emailed them to find out what was going on.

I'm really pleased with the ring that I have received, unfortunately the length of time it took and no communication was a major let down. It took over 11 weeks when the website says 6 - 8 weeks, with the only communication in that time was me asking how long it will be. When dealing with customers precious ashes you need to be more respectful. For this reason I cannot recommend you.

Apparently I ordered the most popular piece, so of course, it was out of stock. For six weeks. When it did arrive, it is the cheapest, tattiest bit of silver I have ever come across. But of course, it contains my Mothers ashes. So I will have to apologise to her, every day, forever, that I let myself get sucked into doing this, and wasted what she would have said was "good money on rubbish". You have obviously spent more money on the expensive and beautiful quality branded packaging than the item itself - as a small business owner, I know exactly what that costs. Avoid this company

Hugely disappointed after spending over £500 and already having to change my item due to tarnishing of the metal to find that a stone has dropped out of my ring a few months out of warranty. I’ve contacted customer service on numerous occasions only to be told that I must spend another £39 to have my ring repaired! I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the lack of support and care I’m receiving, I will be contacting them again today to raise a complaint as I am so upset about this. I follow all directions for wear as per the website, and still I’m left with a faulty ring I can no longer wear. This item is extremely precious to me, and it’s really hurtful to see the lack of care once you’ve spent your money with this company. I will be taking this further as this is the second faulty item I’ve had, and I no longer have access to any of my Grandads ashes to have another piece made elsewhere. Absolutely heartbreaking that I trusted EverWith to make this purchase and I’ve been let down with a sentimental item I wanted to keep forever. I have tried to add images but there seems to be an error uploading photos on negative reviews..! Seems this is a problem others have had too, but when leaving a “positive” review, people have no issues uploading images!
