Our team of craftspeople respectfully blend a tiny amount of the ashes with the special resin in the chosen colour. Each of our exquisitely crafted pieces of jewellery contains a small cavity where the resin containing the cremation ashes is carefully entered layer upon layer.

“Product was perfect. When it finally arrived…to profit from people facing times of grievances you’d assume to be in the loop of any factors affecting product development. I had to chase up my product multiple times to find out they had no gold…so why have my loved ones ashes if you don’t have the material to make it yet. And to not even inform me. 8 weeks you had my loved ones ashes without even making a glimmer of progress. Not a £500 service at all. To make thinks worse I had to call and message to understand why my product hadn’t been shipped yet and I was meant with a reply stating that they actually had no idea why it hadn’t been shipped yet as it was ready. Poor. I have a screen shots of this conversation. Clothing shops have better communication about there out of stock products and they’re not dealing with ashes and £500. Caused me more stress than necessary. The actually necklace is beautiful, but was it worth the process I had to go through? I don’t think so.”
