The heart self fill charm necklace that I bought is really pretty but it was really difficult to fill and it’s covered in scratches

EverWith is beautiful service to begin with however not the quality I was expecting and felt disheartened.I recently purchased a ring that cost £200 and what I was expecting was high quality of that it wasn’t. I expected that it would be really nice and the same with the packaging. However the box it came in, was pretty poor, the ring itself didn’t blow me away and I felt pretty upset as it wasn’t what I expected. The packaging was probably the most disappointing, the bag was it came in was nice but the box just felt tacky

So the only reason there is two stars is due to the product itself. Upon ordering it said up to 8 weeks which was fine but 7 weeks in I’d heard nothing so decided to send an email to chase to be told there wrong ring was made and now another two weeks added onto the 8 and a partial refund, okay fair enough however 5 extra weeks went by before I received the product. 13 weeks where I had to chase as no one kept me up to date on anything, no communication even upon chasing up I was fobbed off my different excuses.

Hi Becky, Thanks for your honest comments here. We had an issue with your ring as we had mistakenly prepared a Yellow Gold ring rather than a White Gold ring. Unfortunately we only realised our mistake when the jewellery team started the ashes and resin process. We had to prepare a new ring for you at this point which significantly extended the delivery time. I've looked through the email / phone call exchange history and agree we should have handled this better and been more proactive. I've raised the issue with my customer service team so we can learn and improve from this. I do hope you are pleased with your ring however. It looks absolutely stunning. Best wishes, Jonathan
Unfortunately had a bit of a poor experience from this site. I ordered this product 2 weeks before my mums 50th birthday. I knew I was cutting the time fine so I decided to pay £25 for the next day delivery fast track service. The order pack came the next day so I was pleased but once I sent the ashes to them, they were not received for a following 2 days. I didn't mind so much as I expected their to be postal delays due to covid 19. However, a week had passed and I still hadn't received my parcel or any further update on my order. I checked the website to see if there was any updates on delays or restrictions due to the current pandemic and there was an update stating that the backlog of orders had been cleared and that there was currently a full stock of items. As my mothers birthday was soon approaching and I was now £200 out of pocket with no present, I had emailed to request an update and a refund for the fast track service that I had not received. I was told that because of covid-19, social distancing measures were put into place where they were unable to complete any fast track orders. This, I completely understand, but I believe they should have updated their website stating this and temporarily taking down the option to pay for a fast track service. As this would have given me the option to shop elsewhere or be prepared for it to be much later than expected. In the end it took 2 weeks for the item to arrive from the date that they received the ashes. I received the item a week later than my mums birthday which was a bit upsetting but I was just glad that it arrived in the end. I can't fault the packaging and the lovely certificate of authenticity that it came with as it makes the item that extra bit special. When looking at the quality of the necklace, I was a bit disappointed to see that the white section of the pendant looked like the resin had overfilled slightly and onto the border of the heart. Unfortunately when my mum opened the necklace, she said that the necklace was too tight. I tried it on myself and (I am only a small size 8 person) and it was even a little bit tight on me, which was absolutely gutting as we now have to go out and buy a bigger chain. I wouldn't normally complain about the size of the chain as I know everyone has their own preferences and I imagine this is just a standard size given to all. But it would have been nice to have an option to select a larger size. Plus, given the fact I had just paid £200 for the necklace, it would have been nice not having to pay extra for a longer chain. My mums birthday was a month ago and she hasn't been able to wear her necklace yet. I would have requested some money back for the item but I can't even do that as the website states you can't.

Unfortunately I am quite disappointed with my bracelet. However, the service was 5 star. The attention to detail in postage, punctuality and sensitivity was fabulous. My final peace i felt, was overpriced for what I received. The pendant was smaller than I had hoped and the quality of the bracelet was thin and flimsy. I don't often write reviews but this has really upset me because of the nature of the product.

initially delighted with my ring but the resin has scratched so badly in under a week it obscures the view of the ashes! have complained and will update accordingly

was disappointed with my purchase i ordered a heart necklace with diamond dust (which was an extra 20 pound) not sure any was put in as i expected a sparkle but this is not the case, the heart is very small and the chain is very short and very thin.
