Unfortunately had a bit of a poor experience from this site. I ordered this product 2 weeks before my mums 50th birthday. I knew I was cutting the time fine so I decided to pay £25 for the next day delivery fast track service. The order pack came the next day so I was pleased but once I sent the ashes to them, they were not received for a following 2 days. I didn't mind so much as I expected their to be postal delays due to covid 19. However, a week had passed and I still hadn't received my parcel or any further update on my order. I checked the website to see if there was any updates on delays or restrictions due to the current pandemic and there was an update stating that the backlog of orders had been cleared and that there was currently a full stock of items. As my mothers birthday was soon approaching and I was now £200 out of pocket with no present, I had emailed to request an update and a refund for the fast track service that I had not received. I was told that because of covid-19, social distancing measures were put into place where they were unable to complete any fast track orders. This, I completely understand, but I believe they should have updated their website stating this and temporarily taking down the option to pay for a fast track service. As this would have given me the option to shop elsewhere or be prepared for it to be much later than expected. In the end it took 2 weeks for the item to arrive from the date that they received the ashes. I received the item a week later than my mums birthday which was a bit upsetting but I was just glad that it arrived in the end. I can't fault the packaging and the lovely certificate of authenticity that it came with as it makes the item that extra bit special. When looking at the quality of the necklace, I was a bit disappointed to see that the white section of the pendant looked like the resin had overfilled slightly and onto the border of the heart. Unfortunately when my mum opened the necklace, she said that the necklace was too tight. I tried it on myself and (I am only a small size 8 person) and it was even a little bit tight on me, which was absolutely gutting as we now have to go out and buy a bigger chain. I wouldn't normally complain about the size of the chain as I know everyone has their own preferences and I imagine this is just a standard size given to all. But it would have been nice to have an option to select a larger size. Plus, given the fact I had just paid £200 for the necklace, it would have been nice not having to pay extra for a longer chain. My mums birthday was a month ago and she hasn't been able to wear her necklace yet. I would have requested some money back for the item but I can't even do that as the website states you can't.
