So the only reason there is two stars is due to the product itself.
Upon ordering it said up to 8 weeks which was fine but 7 weeks in I’d heard nothing so decided to send an email to chase to be told there wrong ring was made and now another two weeks added onto the 8 and a partial refund, okay fair enough however 5 extra weeks went by before I received the product. 13 weeks where I had to chase as no one kept me up to date on anything, no communication even upon chasing up I was fobbed off my different excuses.
