Our team of craftspeople respectfully blend a tiny amount of the ashes with the special resin in the chosen colour. Each of our exquisitely crafted pieces of jewellery contains a small cavity where the resin containing the cremation ashes is carefully entered layer upon layer.

I was disappointed with my pendant, I thought with paying an extra £20 to have the diamond dust there would be more of a shine or sparkle, to me it looks quite dull.

Hi I ordered 3 items of jewellery from you and 2 of them are fine, the white gold ring has discoloured this si not what was expected after 2-3 months.

I was disappointed with my ring and it wasn’t as I expected it to be so obviously upset as it was done with my husbands ashes. I did write to tell your company my disappointment on receiving it. I expected it to be like the picture and much chunkier than the petite ring I received. I also am not sure it is white gold and am going to take it to a jewellers to look at it. It is also too big despite using the ring sizer. My daughter had a necklace made with her fathers ashes from you and it is lovely. Sorry about this negative review but this is how I feel Mrs ritchie .

Dear Mrs Ritchie, We are sorry to hear that you are not completly satisfied with your jewllery order. I can see that our customer service team have since been in contact with you. We can confirm that our jewllerey is 9K white gold as depicted on our website and has been hallmarked by the UK assay office to confirm this. Unfortunatly with the size of your requested ring we do need to rely on our customers informing us of the correct size so that we can make the correct size ring for them. I can see that in your dispatched photos your ring has been made to the correct measurments and made as advertised. If your ring is not the correct size we do offer a resizing service for our customers under our repair fees so when you know the size you need, feel free to contact our customer service team who can arrnage your re-sizing for you. The bracelet that I bought for my sisters 60th was a discace I paid 145 pounds for it you did offer to put a bigger chain on it that would take 15 days and my sisters birthday is 15th I felt as it looked like a kids bracelet not wore what I paid I will not buy any more of you I had a ring from a different company it was only 95 it was worth it so I will not be recommended you.

The ring is beautiful, it brought a tear to my eye thinking my mother's ashes were inside. Having read the care guide I feel nervous about wearing the ring as there are too many things you have to be careful or avoid doing, so I have to keep taking it off and am now frightened to wear it in case I lose it. And knowing mum's ashes are inside it I cannot bare the thought of it being lost. I will keep it safe but dare not wear it.

It appears that the ring can not go near water, I have worn it twice in the shower and it looks like water has got inside . If I seen the warning leaflet that came with the ring I wouldn’t have bought it

Dear Michael, Sorry to hear that the ring has been damaged by the water unfortunately with any jewellery it is recommended to be removed when washing hands or making contact with water, due to the nature of our rings and the use of resin and ashes we do try to always advise not being worn in water. Lovely jewellery but I am still waiting for authenticity of the gold ring I purchased. I received mixed messages regarding the timing of the ring and a suspicious story as to why it was produced so quickly leaving me to question whether it is gold or not. I have yet to received a reply from EverWith.

I was counting down the days to receive my memorial ring so I could feel like my beautiful boy Archie was back with me everywhere I go. The ring itself is a beautiful design, however, I wish there had been the option to view what the resin looks like with and without the diamond dust. I opted to go without the diamond dust as I couldn't find any images to compare the difference and was worried about it might make the ring look cheap (considering the overall cost was very expensive) or cover up the ashes in the resin. I assumed the photos I had seen were without as the diamond dust was only an optional add-on (and as I say, on both the website and social media I couldn't find any images stating whether they had the diamond dust in the resin). In hindsight, I wish I had opted for this add-on as all of the images I have seen must have had the diamond dust as the resin in my ring looks very dull in comparison to the images I have seen so I'm quite sad about this as I thought it would look more special, like my beloved Archie whose ashes are in the resin. If in doubt, I would go for the diamond dust to avoid the same disappointment.

Necklace was beautiful but overpriced for a fragile chain. 8 weeks wait on gold with lack of communication from Everwith. Was really shocking considering I had sent all the ashes I have. A little consideration would go a long way when it comes to order updates, I had to chase which is really poor service. Response to communication online showed lack of empathy also when told about the wait. Overall experience was negative and I would not recommend this service to anyone.

First a time delay and no contact from company although they had received payment. Once I had emailed jewllery arrived quickly, but felt the paw print was too big for me and probably because of the colour I chose could distinguish ashes and chain very thin. Would not recommend

I was disappointed when I received as pendant was alot smaller then expected and chain provided very thin and short. I had to but a new necklace to put it on but was difficult to find one that would fit through the clasp as was small also. I ordered clear but wish I had gone for a colour instead as looks tinted yellow. Customer Service and communication was good though.

This is a reply from an earlier review as this seems the only way the company communicate with. But you still cannot communicate back when they reply. It’s it just the part of Royal Mail I’m afraid or just the length of process. I received an email on the 3rd of February to say you received everything you needed to start making the jewellery and the website also states you will RECEIVE the completed product within seven working days; this was not true and I also emailed the customer services team for a response before leaving a review and again was let down as I have had no communication from them. As you can see there are more than one issue; I hope you can learn from this to help others experience when purchasing what you are selling them.

The order process was rather long and the postal is slow considering I paid online straight away, the process took longer than ForEver with say it takes. I also contacted their CS team about this and never received a response after 1-2weeks

Order form is an incorrect way of ordering so my sentimentle gift for my mum was ruined as it was all sent to her email based on requesting a brochure, not my details on the order form

I placed 2 orders for a large rose gold locket, and a small silver locket. As the rose gold items are made to order I had to wait around 4-5 weeks for my order. A mistake was made and I ended up receiving a small rose gold locket which means I now have to wait another 4 weeks for my item. The item was beautiful but unfortunately let down by the service.
