“This is the second year I booked with eShores and with Mathew in particular. He knows exactly the kind of holiday I want and the accommodation that appeals to me. He has personal knowledge of a lot of the resorts and is able to provide that little bit of extra information that is very reassuring. eShores are unbeatable on price and the personal service is outstanding. I cannot recommend eShores and Mathew highly enough.”

“Mathew Woodward has given us an excellent service for the second time after he helped us so much 2 years ago. He has been exemplary yet again in his efficiency to assist us with our future holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He has been Professional, friendly and prompt in dealing with everything we asked for. He is definitely an asset to your Company. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone looking to book a tailor made holiday and hopefully this will not be the last time we come back to him.”

“Our travel consultant was Mathew and created an amazing multi centre holiday for us! He was patient with us when we decided to change things round and add extra places which made the whole process a lot easier! Would definitely go through eshores again!”

“As a group of six wanting to do route 66 in June 16 for a month. We contacted several companies for quotes for hotels and as there was 6 of us we required one large vehicle. Companies were taking days and weeks to get back to us coming up with excuses that it was to early and they couldn't get all the prices also nobody could supply one vehicle. Also quoting really high prices and then saying they would match any quote we got We decided to contact Eshores . I spoke to Andrea with what we required she came back the same day with every thing sorted. Andrea was very friendly and easy to deal with and was always at the end of the phone Any queries were sorted there and then no waiting days for a reply. Very professional. First time we have dealt with Eshores will certainly use them again in the future”

“Dealt with the lovely Mathew who helped me book the most wonderful holiday! He was very helpful when it came to selecting the best hotels to stay in and took into account where I wanted to fly from. The result was an amazing break away to New York and Las Vegas, staying in brilliant hotels. Mathew gave me some tips to get the best out of our holiday and suggested trips to go on. Everything went without a hitch and we couldn't have asked for more. I have used a lot of travel companies and taken many long haul holidays and I wouldn't hesitate in using eShores again. In fact I am secretly looking at something else for next year....ssshhh....don't let on to my husband...”

“We were planning a 30th wedding anniversary trip to 3 centres in the USA and from the minute I contacted Kadie I was in good hands. She was extremely patient and helpful at the initial consultation stage and not at all pushy, she just told me what I needed to know and the costs involved and offered alternatives where necessary. She was very honest and knowledgeable in the information about hotels and areas to stay in. I got quotes and information from 5 other travel agents and in the end it was eshores that most impressed me and gave me confidence in booking with them. As it came nearer to going I needed to book many excursions that I had already sourced through research on the internet and Kadie was more than willing to see if she could match my requirements and in most cases she could, again she was not pushy but just gave me the information and then waited for my desicion. The holiday went off without a hitch and was very enjoyable and everything went according to plan. It was a pleasure dealing with Kadie and I would recommend eshores to anyone.”

“We sent eShores an itinerary we had put together for an upcoming USA road trip and asked if they could help us with the finer details such as car hire, flights and hotels. Matt did an excellent job and gave us a good price all round (better than we found ourselves!). We already recommend eShores to family and friends and would definitely use them again in the future.
