“This is my first experience of booking through eShores and I have been greatly impressed by their speed and efficiency. My Travel Advisor, Dave F, arranged my basic requirements in a first-class, professional manner and responded quickly and effectively to accommodate a few requested changes to the itinerary. Furthermore, he provided me with some excellent advice about using the public transport systems during this twin city holiday. Although this secretly planned holiday is several months away, I feel extremely confident about everything; my wife should be in for a truly unforgettable 60th birthday celebration. As for me, I only hope I can contain my excited long enough to keep my wife in the dark! I'm bursting to tell her now!!”

“I can't thank the travel consultant, Hannah Morris, enough for helping me book this holiday. With being at work majority of the time she had taken so much stress off by looking into every little thing I asked, even cab fares from city to city so I can find the best location to stay at! She got back to me so efficiently that in the spare time I had I was able to just compare the necessary finical details. eShores really does provide you with a 'tailor made' holiday, I picked the dates, city's, the hotels and private transfers and she went alway and tried to find me the best prices within my budget and within and day got back to me with a quotation and within the week all was finalised and booked! Only reason I have given 4* rating is because I haven't gone on the holiday yet to complete my overall experience. Farhana”

“I booked my turkey holiday with Dave Felton who was very helpful he booked our flight and hotel in Istanbul. He looked for the best deals available . He was very considerate, friendly and informative. Many thanks I will book with dave again. Linda”

“Dealt with eshores via email after an initial telephone conversation to tell them what I was looking for. Found email better due to my shifts. They replied very quickly and gave me lots of options as I requested due to my flexibility. Information was easy to understand and was exactly what I needed to make a decision whether I would book with them which I have done.”

“Got through to the consultant very quickly each time I rang and appreciated the 1-1 contact as it meant I ddnf have to go back over things to a new person.Matt got the flights, hotels and transfers that we wanted snd then tailored it as we reviews the holiday. Was very happy with Matt, the holiday, the price and the service.”

“Our 3rd multi trip with eshores, this time we went to Malaysia and eshores couldn't do enough for us. Emma has been dealing with us and I just love the familiarity with the staff here, it's very welcoming. Emma knows we are picky and she's more than happy to accommodate us. I've put lots of family members and friends on to them and they will always use them now after the great personal service. Keep up the good work”

“Very helpful Consultant, David, understood quickly what I wanted and really went out of his way to help. Called back when he said he would. Holiday tailored to my requests, even though it was a late booking. He even anticipated that we would want a private car and reserved the seats without my asking. Well done!”

“We have booked a two week long honeymoon around Italy with Dave. We are pleased with the hotels Dave has found for us working within a pretty tight budget considering we are travelling between Venice, Rome and Sorrento. Dave was pleasant to consult with and replied to queries very quickly. Already considering using Eshores for future holidays. Thanks.”

“Excellent company and Matthew has so much patience, he was very knowledgeable and helpful everything went very smoothly and it wasn't a straight forward 2 weeks in the sun it was 2 islands all private transfers and accommodation was first class will definitely be ringing Matthew to book our next holiday”

“I have used many Travel Agents over the years for booking many holidays, of late i have booked a lot direct myself. However when wanting to book long haul flights/holidays I still prefer to use agents and was recommended eshores by a friend. i have been exceptionally pleased with eshores and the service provided by Hannah Morris, she was very patient with me as i really didn't know what i wanted for a special birthday next year and she gave me many quotes for various holidays and i was very pleased with her advice and found that she was very knowledgeable in many areas. Biggest thanks to her, lets just hope the holiday is as good! Paula”

“We booked our honeymoon with eShores in October and received fantastic customer service from Michelle Taylor. We told Michelle what we were looking for and she found the perfect twin centre for us. Nothing was too much trouble. We were undecided on 2 hotels and Michelle was able to go one step further and get colleagues opinions/advice who had visited these hotels previously. Very pleased with the service and the deal we got. Thank you!”
