“We enquired about a trip to Thailand for November 2026 and we had a phone from Matthew….. wow, what can we say, he was so knowledgeable and gave us some of his experiences over there. Matthew was so friendly and extremely helpful. We cannot thank you enough for helping to book our trip with yourselves, your communication from start to finish was impeccable and first class. “Although my holiday is still some months in the future, the services provided by eShores (Dave Felton) have been exemplary. I never, ever use travel agents or intermediaries for holidays but a potential business class trip to Lombok and Bali presented new challenges in not knowing those islands. I laid out my general requirements and was quickly given a potential itinerary in which it was stressed could be altered and tailored to however I wanted it. Which I did! The revised itinerary came with alternative suggestions for hotels. There was no 'hard sell' or pushing at any time. I always felt that I was in control with Dave doing the hard yards. Suffice to say, I have been extremely happy with the service I have received.”

“I have been booking my holidays with Mr. Chris Eaves from eShores for the last five or so years. I have found Chris to be knowledgeable patient and helpful his advice has proven to be very useful on more than one occasion. Aside from his professionalism he is a very personable and friendly individual and booking a holiday now is just like giving an old friend a call.
