“We sent eShores an itinerary we had put together for an upcoming USA road trip and asked if they could help us with the finer details such as car hire, flights and hotels. Matt did an excellent job and gave us a good price all round (better than we found ourselves!). We already recommend eShores to family and friends and would definitely use them again in the future. “So far we have only been through the booking process - the holiday is in Sept/Oct. However Andrea was extremely efficient and helpful. We have exactly what we wanted when we wanted. She was polite, phoned back when asked (unusual today) and felt like a friend. I will add more at the end of the holiday to say how it goes. Jean B”

“Mat from Eshores was extremely patient while attempting to put a package together for 17 passengers who all had different ideas and requests. He chopped and changed dates/flights accommodation as often as I went back with another request. The holiday itself was fantastic from start to finish. The flights and transfers were seamless throughout the 3 connecting flights to koh Samui and for some of us to return to Bangkok for the final 3 nights it was stress free even with young kids. I really appreciated the recommendation of visiting kaosan road as was a good starting point when we arrived in Bangkok and had a great night there. Thanks again mat I would Definately recommend your company and use you again. Hopefully my demands will be less challenging next time ????”

“Andy was very good at knowing what places to go on our honeymoon when given a brief description. He was also extremely patient as I changed my mind at least 10 times. He listened and made sure we got the best deal,we had an amazing honeymoon and I have recommend Andy to friends and will continue to. Thanks for your help Andy”

“Thank you for the service that was provided to us, with booking our recent trip to Thailand. All the staff at Eahores were friendly, approachable and very helpful. They gave is a choice when organising our itinerary so that It was tailored to our every wish and need. We experienced no delay in any correspondence. We had an amazing time and found no issues at all with our itinerary; Everything ran like clockwork! We highly recommend their services to everyone. We were made to feel confident and comfortable with the travel which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our time on holiday. The prices for our itinerary beat any other travel agent / company hands down! We will definitely be returning to book our future holidays. Regards Sam & Robyn”

“Everything went really well.Well organised to our instructions and Andrew Rodgerson suggestions. The only downside was the car hire company not giving us the mustang that we asked for. Great holiday and we will be doing business through eShores again soon. Regards Peter Root.”

“Andy @ E Shores did a cracking job , I gave him my desired intinery and budget and he came up trumps with a super package for New York, Las Vegas and San Francisco , it gave us free time and the bucket list items We wanted to do . All documents were in order and explanatory, thanks Andy. Mr Williams”

“The adviser was extremely patient and responded to my requests for alterations quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the response from my initial request as I had sent this to 3 different travel agents and e-shores were not only the only agent to respond but did so the day after my initial e-mail.”

“Andy at eShores arranged our holiday to Vietnam last year and we had no hesitation about using Andy and eShores again this year as a result of the fantastic service we received. This year I emailed Andy our budget and he gave us three options. We decided to go for a California driving holiday. Andy was able to give lots of advice about where to go and how long to stay in each area. I did get quotes for the same trip from a number of other companies, none of which could get anywhere near the price eShores quoted me, and these were all for the same star rating of hotel. The trip was absolutely fantastic and so well organised. The hotels were all really good, and we had no problems with flights or car hire. I really cannot recommend eShores enough!”

“We have just returned from a fabulous 3 city USA and Caribbean cruise holiday. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Andrea was so helpful in organising and booking this holiday. Couldn't ask for more. I would recommend Andrea and e-shores to anyone without reservation and will hopefully be using her again next year”

“What can I say? In these days of such poor customer service, eShores stands out like a shining beacon! Emma helped me plan a complex 31 day tour of the USA and took all the stress out of the research, coming up with ideas and solutions where needed all the way along. Everything ran like clockwork including hotels, flights, car hire, trains, excursions and trips! Hotels were excellent. All questions and queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The trip cost us less than it would have done with another company. Emma was excellent to deal with, although I would add that any member of the eShores team I have dealt with has been equally courteous and efficient. Very highly recommended and are already thinking of using them next year for a trip to Australia!!”
