Booked a route 66. Michelle was very knowledgeable and have us excellent service. She was happy to amend and tweek our trip as we needed. These changes were done promptly and we received immediate acknowledgements all the way through from booking. She always hot back to us promptly. The choice of hotels was of a very good standard and well thought through. They were all handy to get to after a long day travelling. Everything went to plan - everything was booked no problems.
