“We first spoke to Emma for a quote to San Fran and Vegas. Emma stood out from the other quotes not only on price but she was friendly and informative, so for this reason we booked with eshores. Throughout, Emma was available to answer any questions and nothing was too much trouble. We have just returned from an amazing holiday and want to thank Emma for sorting us with our holiday and her excellent customer service in the build up to it! Many thanks - Kerry”

“We found eShores when looking to book a holiday to Vietnam after searching the Internet, the reviews they had were good so we emailed them, and other agents, as to what we wanted. EShores (Emma) were the only company to phone and speak with us and the itinerary they provided was not only more comprehensive than other agents it was also cheaper. We amended a few things but nothing was a problem. Our holiday, hotels and transfers were first class. The experience was such that we have just booked another holiday with eShores for next year in Campbodia and Vietnam. We would highly recommend eShores and Emma in particular. “We came across your website last year and dealt with Matt who was very helpful and efficient giving us professional advice and good service. We had a terrific holiday on the West coast of America and as we were pleased with the good service booked again with Matt to visit Thailand. We hadn't been before and Matt gave us good advice as we were 2 families booking, he advised us on a 2 centre holiday in Bangkok and Phuket. The transportation between hotels and airports was 100% punctual with friendly staff. The hotels that we picked with Matt`s advice were fantastic with superb guest customer relation departments making sure we were happy with our every need. The free upgrade to the privilege club at the Horizon at Phuket highlighted our holiday and would thoroughly recommend Thailand and booking with e-shores. we plan to visit South Africa in 2016 and will be speaking with Matt again. “Just back from a two week, three stop holiday in Thailand. Can't thanks James and the E-Shores team enough for the planning on this bespoke holiday. Everything went like clockwork, all flights, transfers and hotels which were of a very high standard. Couldn't find a fault with a thing and would recommend their services to all. Thanks again guys.”

“We had a fabulous trip to Paris thanks to the superb arrangements booked for us by Dave F. at eshores. From the efficiency of the booking process and electronic documentation receipt to the Air France flights, the efficient transfers and the the lovely Megellan Hotel, everything was spot-on.”

“I was very pleased with the help that I got from Michelle. The service was very quick and very helpful . My holiday was planned to fit my requirements brilliantly and saved me a lot of time searching around. Michelle always got back to me when she said she would and quickly made any changes to our holiday when we asked so that we were able to have our ideal trip all ready to go .”

“Kadie was very helpful. What I liked about this company is - I asked for 3 star accommodation, and they found me 3 star accommodation. I also worked with two other companies and they wanted to sell me accommodation that was premier (I believe packaged already). eshore worked with me to provide me a package that worked for me and my budget. Good job Kadie. Lindsay Partridge”

“So far very good. Matthew has been very helpful, delivered on all the promises he has made (calls back when he says he will, answers emails in good time, got us a better deal than we had been offered elsewhere) has answered all my niggly questions with patience and knowledge (sorry there have been a few - what can I say I am a worrier!!!) when I rang to pay the balance of my holiday the lady I spoke with was just as friendly and helpful. Really looking forward to receiving my tickets and then going on my holiday now - if it is as good as it looks i will be telling everyone to use eShore.”

“Dave's endless patience, excellent advice and guidance ensured we had a trouble free 3centre holiday in thailand - everything went to plan -met promptly at airports for transfers, tours pre-booked were excellent value and hotels were as described - altogether an excellent holiday!! I have already recommended Eshores to friends and work colleagues and will be getting in touch with Dave with a view to booking our next holiday -Costa Rica I think!”

“Andy provided us with the perfect itinerary for our honeymoon in Vietnam. All of the hotels were superb, the transfers between hotels and airports were all on time and of good quality, and the customer service was fantastic. We shall certainly consider using eshores again for future trips.”
