“David 'James' Massey was a very helpful consultant who found me a number of perfect hotels & transport, matching the things I really wanted to see in Paris. The Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Arc de Triomphe etc. He gave me these of varying costs and various ratings and having known people who visited the area previously was able to recommend places I would never have considered! I now have the perfect room with breakfast and a view of the tower, a location directly between two of the three, flights and more all within budget to the penny. There were no issues with booking. He simply asked for the information he needed in one foul swoop meaning this was organised and booked within a week. This is the first of many holidays I will be booking through e-shores due to David's professional approach and vast knowledge and understanding of the market. With that and his friendly, helpful approach. I feel I have found the consultant to give me the many happy memories throughout my life. I will be back to book a skiing holiday with David (James) when I return from Paris. Thank you David!”

“Very informative and helpful staff who couldn't do enough to deliver our perfect honeymoon. Took time to understand our requirements and what we wanted from our holiday. All of their recommendations where of the highest standards and I cannot speak too highly of eshores professional approach.”

“Have only rated 4*/good as I haven't been on my holiday yet. I am going to Bangkok for three nights then flying to Phuket for a week. Dave has been more than helpful and I actually feel quite sorry for him as I am a difficult person to work with! I have changed my mind around 100 times about where I want to go and Dave has been nothing but helpful. If this holiday is everything I hope and expect and more then I will most definitely be using Eshores again! Thank you for your help Dave! I will be leaving feedback after my holiday in April, hopefully leave a 5* review!”

“We booked with EShores last year, New York, !as Vegas , San Francisco, Mathew was our agent could not fault the service, great advice worked to our budget. fantastic. Have booked a twin centre to the USA again with Mathew, the process was really painless, no high pressure sales and again came in on budget, always a prompt response. We did it all by email, which gives you a chance to look at the hotels suggested - never a problem if you want the hotel or area changed. Fabulous customer service. You won't be disappointed.”

“We worked with Andy at eshores and cannot speak highly enough of his working and ollaboration with us in providing our family unit with an amazing holiday. the correspondance was out of this world at all levels of the holiday. guidance and support was available whenever we needed it and it was effortless. I give out eshores number at all available times to friends and work colleagues. Will definately book with them again.”

“Rang eShores to enquire about a holiday to Malaysia. We wanted a multi destination holiday which was tailor made to our requirements. Spoke to Emma who was more than happy to help and very patient. After a week of sorting out our itinerary we finally managed to get it booked at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again in the future.”

“Worked with Emma on our planned trip to Las Vegas and Cancun Price wise E shores were the best value and only company able to offer our exact choice of hotel at both resorts Service wise Emma was outstanding and helpful to all our requests and there was a lot trying to keep 4 people happy The whole experience from start to finish was very professional and Emma was outstanding would recommend E shores 100%”

“Emma has been extremely efficient in helping me plan a month-long holiday to the US and Hawaii. She is always cheerful and helpful and impressively quick in dealing with requests and in answering emails/phone calls - a rare quality indeed! We do not go our holiday until May 2015 so I cannot yet comment further, but the omens are good. Eshores seems to be a very reliable company.”

“This is the third year we have used E-shores for putting together our summer holiday (Bali this year, and Thailand and Florida previously) - and again we had outstanding, faultless service. Andy Rogerson was our contact this year - and he could not have been more helpful and efficient, from coming up with various options and suggestions to fit our budget and ideas, sorting out flight changes and even being on hand on a Sunday evening to help out with a query. (thanks Andy for your great service) We would highly recommend Eshores to anyone, and will definitely continue to use them in the future.”

“Recently returned from a two center holiday booked through e-shores travel. We went to New York for 3 nights , then flew onto Miami for 11 nights . I contacted E-shores initially through the online quote inquiry service on their website. I was assigned Andy as my travel consultant. After submitting my initial holiday plan to Andy, he suggested several options for us to look at. The whole holiday including flights and hotels were arranged though e-shores, even Expedia could not match or beat their prices. We eventually settled on our preferred choices and placed our holiday booking, without any issues at all. E-shores kept me informed at every step of the booking. We would recommend using this company not just to family and friends, but anyone considering booking a holiday which is tailored to their needs. Excellent service .”

“Difficult to write a review until the whole holiday process has come to an end....ie. booked and completed. However, here is some feedback. Mathew Woodward seemed to be well in control and responded well to my May/June 2015 USA trip plans. It was his responsiveness that provided the edge over 4 other agencies who were also aiming to provide me with a price for this trip. This was a process that I have used before to obtain the best possible inclusive protected trip GUIDE price. I say guide price because only when you have a budgetary price can you finalise a trip of this nature. On 29th July I paid the deposit for our trip in May/June 2015...still reviewing in detail elements of our initial broad brush approach. It was now 12th Aug that in discussion with Mathew over a USA internal flight it appears that the USA internal flights have already been booked with no possibility of change. I was not made aware that the flights would be finalised so far in advance of the actual flight date. This means that I cannot vary my major USA trip details other than make minor hotel stay adjustments. I do know, and have experienced, that flights, rail tickets can be significantly cheaper if booked in advance, when relevant dates are released, ...however my view is that I should have been clearly informed that non-cancellable bookings were going to be made. In this situation, 10 months ahead of trip date, I do not believe that it was necessary to have made those firm flight bookings which have now locked me into a plan where there is little opportunity for flexibility. I have told Mathew that he should ensure that anyone else considering a similar sort of trip should be clearly advised about this. In summary, clients should be advised about the timing/costings of flight/transport bookings so that they can make their plans accordingly.”

“We used eshores to book our honeymoon to las Vegas, new York and Barbados, Helen dealt with us from start to finish and I can fault the service, hotels and flights were great and she kept in touch right up to us going to inform us of any last minute upgrades that we could take advantage of. Already have plans to use them again. Excellent team.”

“Emma Mcdonough has been a the best agent i have dealt with when a booking a holiday. We communicated very well via email and she was responding very quickly to any requests or questions i had. Her patience was also noted as i was constantly asking for prices on different hotels in New York. Emma deserves recognition for her efforts and excellent customer service.”

“Excellent service from initial enquiry to final booking, very knowledgeable about the areas to be visited and the hotels she gave us some very good advise when needed and was more than willing to pass her knowledge on. I have found Kadie very efficient to deal with and I felt that she wanted to make sure that we got just the right holiday for us. It is a special occasion for us and I feel that we are in the right hands.”
