“Mathew at Eshores was professional and knowledgeable. I was undecided about my destination and he remained patient and helpful throughout. My holiday to Thailand was perfect.The hotels and places he recommended were excellent and I was impressed by his ability to tailor this holiday. I will be booking with Eshores in the future. “Andy was very helpful and it felt like he went out of his way to help. He even phoned me on a Sunday from abroad when he wasn't working to make sure that I was kept updated. Excellent customer service so I would definitely book with Andy and E-Shores again.”

“I have been dealing with Helen, nothing has been too much trouble for her. We wanted a bespoke holiday but never having been there before did not know what areas or resorts were best for our requirements. She has been brilliant in interpreting what we wanted, has responded almost immediately to the numerous emails I have sent and has come in at an affordable budget. If the holiday goes as well as the planning I will be a very happy lady. I have already recommended a couple of people to try Eshores and would not hesitate in using them again. A true 5 star company.”

“hi having emma as our holiday agent was great emma made sure our holiday information was up to date given us a wide range of options finally deciding on our holiday emma phoned with all the information that we needed very happy with our choice of holiday would recomend eshores and emma making it a pleasant experiance will book with eshores again regards john+ann haines”

“Andy was a god send with booking our holiday. He worked within our budget and kept us in the loop through out. It was great to receive a call after we got back to ensure we had a good holiday. Our family had an amazing holiday in Thailand and will definately be booking with eshores again.”

“I am writing my first review, l don't normally bother, but I wanted to say Andy at eshores was very good all the flights and hotels were excellent, he kept us informed at all times. We are now looking at another multi trip for next year and have total trust that he will come up trumps again. Thanks Andy for all your help and support.”

“Andy was excellent booking our trip to Thailand. He was very flexible changing one of the hotels at short notice. Nothing was too much trouble. We got married in Chiang Mai and honeymooned in Karon. Andy ensured it all rang smooth for us. Thanks Andy and eshores”

“Used eshores for our honeymoon after they were recommended by a friend. Dave Felton was extremely helpful and sorted all the bookings and arrangements for us. “I found the travel consultant (Mathew) to be very helpful and pleasant, not having booked a holiday before without my husband Mathew answered all the queries I had as I was booking a surprise holiday for my husband. Nothing was to much for him I would recommend booking with them just hope the holiday goes as well as booking it did.”

“I recently returned from a trip to America, which included Washington, Philadelphia and New York. Thanks to Andy from e-shores, our trip was amazing. His choice of hotels were perfectly positioned for our needs, and close to the Amtrak stations. I found Andy easy to contact and helpful when I needed to check out anything prior to the trip. He has also contacted me since my return to enquire if the holiday was a success. Excellent trip! I would definitely use this company again!”
