“We travelled on a multi stop holiday to America. I contacted Andy who organised me a brilliant package which included everything we wanted. The choice of hotels he picked was fantastic and we would recommend everyone of them. The holiday was over and above what we had expected and I would have no hesitation in recommending eshores to everyone and will be using them again in the very near future.”

“Very good , Emma was very helpful , the only issue we had was that we checked on line for the same holiday and found it £300 cheaper thane shores had , a bit disappointing”

Hi Gordon, thank you for your review. I'm pleased Emma looked after you and you were happy with the service she provided. With regards the price, as you're aware the holiday you booked was a Thomson Package which we had to book through them as they are the only company that offer the hotel you wanted, unfortunately though we have no control over their prices. When you came to book the holiday we did offer it you cheaper than they were selling it direct on their own website, so at the time it was the best deal available, however after you'd booked they must have reduced their price. We are also frustrated to see that the price has come down as we always strive to get our clients the best deal, but prices with Thomson do fluctuate. I will speak to Emma to see to see what else we can do to help on this matter and I’ll get her to email you directly. “The best ever, James Massey was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us. James knew exactly what we wanted and we were delighted with the amazing holiday he found for us, we are now counting down the days till we go. James deserves a commendation on his performance as he excelled against all the competitors on the market.”

“Extremely pleased and satisfied with the booking service recently provided by eShores. James was polite, helpful and patient, and showed genuine interest and commitment. He responding positively and enthusiastically each time I asked him to to explore alternatives, he even stayed late to ensure my booking was fully confirmed and correct. I also found his knowledge of Thailand most helpful and reassuring and I am now looking forward with confidence to a great family holiday. A very professional service.”

“Andy was brilliant, my holiday was so well 0rganised. Transfers spot on, lovely hotels. A truly memorable time and was delighted to see orang-utans on orang-utan island , this was a very interesting excursion. Absolutely loved it all. Thanks Andy. Dot”

“Matthew has been dealing with a large booking for me and has been very helpful and patient with me. I was recommended Eshores by my sister who was also very pleased with them and I wouldn't hesitate to book again with them as they have been really cooperative and got me good prices on my holiday for next year. “Andrea at Eshores made everything so easy and didn't pressure us into any decisions. She listened to what we were looking for and happily changed things when we asked her to. She always remembered me on the phone and always seemed genuinely pleased to hear from me. This is the first time we've taken this sort of holiday and Andrea gave us the confidence to book without worrying. Thanks again Andrea :)”

“Our consultant Emma was excellent. We had done research prior to contacting E shores so had a rough idea of the sort of price and hotels we were looking for. Over a period of a few weeks, and under no pressure to book, unlike some of the companies we had also put our request to, Emma came back with a price that was within a few pounds of our original budget and also had included the three hotels we had specifically requested. By way of comparison, our two local travel companies were well over our budget. Staff at our local Thomas Cook did not show much interest, throwing a ball park figure of double our budget. Working with Emma at E shores was a pleasure and our party of four have now booked our holiday for 2015 and are already counting down the days with great anticipation. Without a doubt, when it comes to booking our next holiday we will be contacting E shores. Thanks again Emma.”

“Was a little apprehensive about not going on our usual "package holiday" , however the travel arrangements and hotels organised by Dave at eShores were a AMAZING! Visited New York, Philadelphia and Washington and everything went like clockwork. Cannot praise Dave and the team at eShores enough. Will happily recommend them to all family, friends and colleagues. “E-Shores were well researched, helpful, friendly and flexible. An easy route to planning any holiday and fantastic service in terms of communication and information too. Well presented and clear literature by email and post (tickets/booking confirmations). My holiday was in Tuscany but they also researched Sri Lanka for me.”

“I was looking for a 2 centre USA holiday for next year and was very impressed with eshores.co.uk. Mathew was friendly, helpful and did everything he could to get me the right, affordable package. This, even though I annoyingly, had to change the departure date twice!. There were no delays in correspondence via email and he explained everything I needed to know before booking and I know I can just ask should there be any further queries nearer our holiday date.”
