“Purchase was sup paddles which arrived very promptly but with some bits missing. After raising this with Escape Watersports the replacement set arrived promptly the next day and the previous ones collected.”

“I had ordered some kit for SUP last year and was impressed so went straight to EW for a few bits for wild swimming. The range was impressive and the goods were delivered promptly. Sadly the waterproof phone case fell apart when I tried to test it as recommended. Certainly wouldn't trust it so sent it back (cost >£5). It was signed for over a week ago but my refund has yet to materialise! Further delay could make me cautious about future orders.”

“It was easy to buy the Cskins neoprene socks and gloves. I needed to return the socks, and found the system a bit clunky compared with, eg, Wiggle. I knew what I wanted to buy, I don’t know how easy it would have been to navigate to what would be best otherwise.”
