Not very happy this time. The shipped item differs from the one presented on the website, it is an older product version.

My only criticism is receiving a confirmation email that gives an order but not a reminder of the product; I recently had two orders that I got emails about. They were going to two different addresses and it wasn’t as easy as it should be to know what product each email related to.

Hi there you emailed me the order. A dogs dryrobe size large in grey camouflage and you sent me a green camouflage in large I have sent it back for a refund

I can see your order was sent via Royal Mail 48 which is usually a 1-5 day service, however, due to the strikes this did take longer. We are as frustrated as you by this, but our efforts to find another courier who can handle our amount of parcels have been unsuccessful. So we do apologise that your delivery was delayed, but we really appreciate your patience while we do everything possible to get through this very challenging time. The actual service was fine. However, the buoyancy aid was 15 months old when it arrived. As a piece of PPE I would expect it to only be a couple of months old.

Customer service was excellent and products are lovely (had to return one but that was for sizing issues on my end). However the delivery was over a week late and the package arrived in absolutely aweful condition. Suprisingly the items inside survived the journey and were undamaged so cannot blame anyone but the delivery service.

My only reservation was that i couldn't contact E W by phone and despite advised to contact via chat box nobody got in touch. I had to return an unwanted present - took it to the depot and was worried when told no receipt to confirm return would be necessary As it turned out the refund arrived as promised on web site. The watersport community is a fiendly and to some extent laid back one but good communication is still important in any business. But - having said - you may be surprised but i would recommend E W on basis of nice ethos quick reliable despatch and refund

Service from Escape Watersports was excellent. Everything arrived in good time no issues. The products however did leave me gasping a little. The KOKATAT Lightweight Glove are a little tight but based on one of the other reviews they should be fine and will give a bit. The Ruk Cradles, well, impossible. The locknuts were so tight one couldn't get them close to securing. These are great bits of kit but do yourself a favor and replace the locking nuts with standard M6 nuts. Much easier, locking washer if your worried about vibrating loose. Once on mine will be staying on...All good, thanks.

Considering staff were working from home the process of ordering was straightforward. Had to check the "free delivery" statement on their website - we didn't qualify as we were buying a canoe. Delivery was complicated - no field to put any requirements but an email sorted that out. We were notified of delivery but found it was only part delivery - that had not been apparent, we received just a tracking number. Questioned, told delivery was 2-7 working days from receipt of order. Delivery was over that time. However, all arrived safely and very pleased with products

Good prices and very good product range. Unfortunately let down by courier company, who were unable to keep to the (paid for) fast delivery. No refund of delivery charges offered.

Service and delivery very good but unfortunately the size 6 neoprene sailing boots were far too small in length and I couldn't zip them up - I'm a standard size 6 shoe and size 12 in clothes so not a large person! Sent them back at the beginning of December but as yet no refund. I understand the post is really slow at the moment so fingers crossed they reached you ok.

Product was in stock and competitively priced but not delivered im a timely manner. Not received after 5 workind days so chased by email and it arrived 3 days later. Order had not been actioned - Don't know if this was a one off error or the usual turnround time as first time I have bought from Escape.

Purchase of the buoyancy aid was straightforward, but free delivery turns out to be by 2nd class post which can be subject to very long delays, up to 14 days according to the lady I spoke with. This should be made clear when ordering because no-one wants to potentially wait that long for items to be delivered. I would have chosen the "next day" option had I known.
