“Very efficient service. Mitts were despatched quickly and I was informed of every step of the process, including delivery. Very reassuring! The mitts are a Xmas present and I am sure they will go down well.”

“Two items: Cressida Isla 3mm zipped wetsuit boots - size XS. I am a size 5 (38) shoe size, and the xs size is perfect. Just the right gauge of boot to wear in my single seater outrigger canoe (Va'a) so that I can feel the canoe fully, don't slip when I push off in my paddle stroke and my feet are toasty in winter temperatures. NRs Ladies Ignitor Neoprene Pant - Colour Slate - SizeXS. I am 5'1" weigh 58kg with slightly disproportionately short legs and size 10 hips - these pants suit my size and height perfectly. The waist looked impossibly small (and I don't have a slim waist!) but fortunately the waist stretched enough for a close fit. The colour is a blue-grey. I prefer this to black. Thank you”

“Communication about my order from Escape Watersports and the goods themselves excellent, and the goods were dispatched speedily. Courier, though, was rubbish - failed to find the delivery address twice meaning my water boots only just got to me in time for my trip.”

“Very good and stays on even whilst doing playboating. A bit short without a helmet but a bit of string attached to bouyancy aid solves that issue”

“A lovely and well priced range of products plus good service. The only improvement I can suggest is to offer customers the option of speaking to someone on the phone as it took me an awful long time to ask questions via chat. A phone call would have been quick and efficient.”

“Efficient despatch and refunds. Cost of shipping for a return high due to item size. Would likely find alternative shop that provided free postage for refunds in the future.”

“The delivery was perfect and the price was reasonable but Ithe spray deck I ordered has bearly been used and already has a hole from lack of quality”

“Good quality, very bouyant wet suit. Quite tight on the legs and not very on the torso.”

“Ordered NRS straps, arrived very quickly. Only frustration was with Royal Mail delivery, but understand this is probably why Escape's prices are so competitive!”
