“The only thing that stopped me giving five stars was the method of delivery. You had paid for a 48 hour delivery but unfortunately royal mail took 72hours to deliver, which cost a star!”

Hi Pauline, Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear your order did not arrive as you expected, however, I can see you chose 1-5 day delivery and your order arrived within 3 days. Royal Mail's '48' delivery is a 1-5 working day service and we can see your order arrived within this time frame. We do offer a courier option if you would like to use this in the future. “Item was not in stock, however there was an option to be contacted once more stock was received. I selected thus optio and was pleasantly surprised when I received an email informing me that the item was back in stock. I immediately ordered the item and received it within 3 days. Great service.”

“Two items: Cressida Isla 3mm zipped wetsuit boots - size XS. I am a size 5 (38) shoe size, and the xs size is perfect. Just the right gauge of boot to wear in my single seater outrigger canoe (Va'a) so that I can feel the canoe fully, don't slip when I push off in my paddle stroke and my feet are toasty in winter temperatures. NRs Ladies Ignitor Neoprene Pant - Colour Slate - SizeXS. I am 5'1" weigh 58kg with slightly disproportionately short legs and size 10 hips - these pants suit my size and height perfectly. The waist looked impossibly small (and I don't have a slim waist!) but fortunately the waist stretched enough for a close fit. The colour is a blue-grey. I prefer this to black. Thank you”

“Communication about my order from Escape Watersports and the goods themselves excellent, and the goods were dispatched speedily. Courier, though, was rubbish - failed to find the delivery address twice meaning my water boots only just got to me in time for my trip.”
