“I usually order my Watersports gear from Escape. The easy returns process is invaluable if you’re unable to attend the store to try things on. Overall I’m quite happy with my purchase. It was a little annoying that the buoyancy aid I ordered was a 2022 model, although there were no significant changes to the design since then, it would have been nice to know as I though I was ordering a 2024 model.”

“The only thing that stopped me giving five stars was the method of delivery. You had paid for a 48 hour delivery but unfortunately royal mail took 72hours to deliver, which cost a star!”

Royal Mail's '48' delivery is a 1-5 working day service and we can see your order arrived within this time frame. We do offer a courier option if you would like to use this in the future. “Item was not in stock, however there was an option to be contacted once more stock was received. I selected thus optio and was pleasantly surprised when I received an email informing me that the item was back in stock. I immediately ordered the item and received it within 3 days. Great service.”
