“The whole process from initial order to delivery was excellent, I messed up the delivery address wrong postcode, oops my fault , it extended delivery time.I phoned escape watersports, and spoke to a young lady to explain problem ,evidently it was no problem it had already been dispatched, however if it was returned to them she would simply change address, very helpful and pleasant,it was delivered a bit late but that was my fault.”

“I needed to buy a drysuit, not a topic I know much about. I made an initial phone call and was treated with great patience and given good sensible advice without any sales pitch. My delivery was faster than the suggested time scales. I had to return and reorder an item due to sizing and the refund was processed efficiently.
