“As always the parcel came on time and was as seen online. Unfortunately the neck seal on the drysuit was too small and I have returned, I’m positive that escape water will give me a speedy refund. I will shop again at escape water.”

“Delivered the wrong size but it was not really their fault because the wrong size shoe had been put in the box by the manufacturer. They dealt with the issue superbly.”

“I bought a Werner Shuna paddle online at the great price of £240. I had them delivered to my neighbour incase they arrived early in the range of dates I was given. - I was going away for a few days. When I returned, the paddle had already arrived! I was a bit dismayed to find the cardboard box was pretty bashed as the paddle was expensive and reasonably fragile. I opened it and found there was no packaging material in the box to protect the paddle so it was very lucky that the paddle was absolutely fine. Now , because you have asked for photos I wish I hadn;'t deleted the photograph of the battered box after I found that the paddle was ok. My advice would be to fill out the box with bubble wrap or even lots of crumpled newspaper so that the box maintains its shape in transit. Other than that everything dealing with this company would get 5 stars”

“I purchased a Palm Sport Spraydeck, it was a good price, arrived on time, the only error was the packaging could be sturdier as heavy boxes had been put on top of the spraydeck which caused several deep grooves.”

“Great company to deal with. Slight delay on delivery but this was down to the courier. The Beast is a good SUP and the pump and paddle are good quality. The only disappointment is the storage bag. It is good quality but not big enough to put all the items in without the pump putting pressure on the bag. The pump needs to be left out so not to wear it the bag.ideally this kit should come with the larger bag. I would recommend Escape Watersports and would use them again”
