“the website checkout needs to be better as the postage to this address was charged as if it was overseas. I contacted by phone and bought it over the phone. Worked out in the end”

“The whole process from initial order to delivery was excellent, I messed up the delivery address wrong postcode, oops my fault , it extended delivery time.I phoned escape watersports, and spoke to a young lady to explain problem ,evidently it was no problem it had already been dispatched, however if it was returned to them she would simply change address, very helpful and pleasant,it was delivered a bit late but that was my fault.”

“Great shop but the advice on line for the right size phone case needs correcting . I bought the mini as it said it would fit I phone SE but it’s too small. £4 postage to return.. and now need to re order right size …. Thanks I’m sure you’ll change this .”

“My second pair of Peak Neoskin Strides. Not much different from the old ones, which is what I hoped. I find them comfortable, useful in the summer and reasonably hard wearing. Arrived quite quickly and pretty straightforward ordering.”

“As always the parcel came on time and was as seen online. Unfortunately the neck seal on the drysuit was too small and I have returned, I’m positive that escape water will give me a speedy refund. I will shop again at escape water.”
