Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. “Advice could have been more geared to the inexperienced DIYer. Possibly not good customer service practice to just forward the techie person's internal email response- they clearly hadn't looked at my original detailed explanation of my problem with the part that was sent, so fortunately I queried it.”

“I was looking for comfort height toilets and came across what I thought was just perfect looking at the technical spec. Upon delivery I was disappointed and immediately contacted the company. It seems that not only do they have 2 different names for the same toilet, the technical spec does not mention that this is the height including the seat and lid. Really disappointed as this is not what I thought I was ordering and after lengthy correspondence with the company they did not offer any refund or agree that the spec was misleading. Buyers beware!”

“Ordering the goods was easy. However your couriers actually lied on their report that they had handed my goods to my next door neighbour, Mr/Mrs Smith! The family next door are not available at the moment and are certainly not called Smith. Instead, my order was left behind bins.... disappointing.”

“Really happy with the products purchased, however delivery was disappointing as I was told a date and time slot but they didn't turn up but instead sent a text saying they had changed the delivery slot at my request, even though I hadn't requested it. I was then promised delivery the next day (Sat) and they didn't deliver until Monday!”

“The company communications were not very clear about delivery arrangements- product could not be delivered quickly due to carriers availability. Should have been delivered on the Tuesday but came the following Monday following a query with the carrier product itself good quality and exactly as described.b”

“Delivery was delayed but followed up when I expedited (Shouldn't ED have done that automatically?) The colour was white but it looked cream in our white bathroom so had to be returned. It was disconcerting to see no telephone contact for customer service but the return process and refund worked well. Unfortunately the refund did not include the shipping charge which was quite expensive. Feel regret regarding the colour of the item”

“I ordered two tap tops. Ordering was easy but I didn’t receive any confirmation email or dispatch email. No email communication except for this review. Items arrived packaged well. My only thought is that they might be ‘seconds’. They were cheaper than other sites but one of them did have ‘off centre’ wording in the top. They have been fitted and are in use. Would use this site again.”

“Happy with delivery and products apart from the Aquadart shower tray. It is abysmal! For the price we paid we didn’t expect the coating to peel off the tray. This shower has not been used yet as only had it installed”

“Prices are competitive but we twice had to arrange return of a faulty shower tap. Once is understandable, twice really is annoying. It means time spent calling, emailing, taking photos etc and then awaiting collection ( anytime 8-6pm..). In the end we ordered a different brand hansgrohe which was absolutely fine but really unreliable brands (ultra) shouldn’t be sold. It means what should have been a straight forward purchase was laborious and quite frustrating. Plus when I called ( and before ordering the hansgrohe) and explained how inconvenient having to return 2 products was I was told that a small goodwill payment would be made -but to order the new product and return the others first. This seemed reasonable so I did this but was then told no goodwill payment would in fact be made due to “tight margins”. This however should not mean customers who receive a poor service do not receive any goodwill payment even if it is only a relatively small one.”

“The two items ordered were hose retainers for a shower rail, very small weighing approx one once each !! they arrived in a card board box about 9 inches sq the shipping charge was over£6-00 wich i think was way over the top . The items could have been sent in a much smaller package. Otherwise happy with my purchase”
