Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I made a mistake in ordering. Now being returned for a refund. Product looks very nice but not suitable for my requirements.”

Hi, unfortunately once an item is used it cannot be returned as it cannot then be sold. We offer a 14 day return period for items ordered in error but they do have to be in their original packaging and condition. This does mean they cant be used as if we had to sent you an item previously used you would not be happy which is why its important to check that you are ordering the right item.

“Ordering was easy delivery was quick and I liked the idea you could have it delivered to a pick up point but the product was not as described on the internet I phoned up and they agreed it was an error on their part and would change it”

“I was so pleased with my vanity unit the quality was very good for the price I paid but delivery was a nightmare let me down day after day and when it was delivered it was supposed to be after 2 and he turned up at 12-30”

“I was a bit dissapointed as it was not in sealed in a box all the parts to the tap were all over the packaging box. I though it would come packed in a franke box as i have spent so much. Was just loose in the delivery box.”

“Ordered a Franke Belfast Sink which I was informed was in stock but when I received the dispatch note it stated a 3-4 week delivery I cancelled the order and received a refund immediately”

“Ordered easily but delivery not good. Got a text 1 hour before delivery. The driver was an older guy and had my dad not been available I do not know how he’d have got my shower tray out the van and in the house. It weighs a tonne. My dad pulled his back and ended up in bed in agony.”

“Product over priced. Product quality acceptable rather than the high quality described. Delivery driver unable to find address. Glad to help with 3 calls to get him to the right location. Overall service not as good as Victorian Plumbing who delivered a different product in the previous week.”

“Good product, Value for money, but few bits were missing and a very poor BAD delivery. I wrote on the instructions to be given half an hour notice but the delivery chap rang to say I am at your door and when I told him can you wait 5 minutes he said no too busy and let the big parcel behind my wheelie bin, hence the rating.”

“Price and service/ delivery were very competitive. Unfortunately one of the valves for the Beth taps was slightly bent. Our plumber has managed to use it but it is 1/8 inch out so noticeable if you’re observant!”

“I ordered a few things off you as one order. Unfortunately they all came separately, which made it impossible for someone to be around to received them. It would of helped to know this when ordering. That said they all arrived in good order and we were happy with them.”
