Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I would of like to of give a 5 star rating as the service was fast and efficient but the quality of goods were lacking, some parts were missing and some parts were just very poor quality.”

“I'm happy with the ease of ordering, communication and the product itself. However, I'm very disappointed with the packaging or should I say total lack of packaging protecting the sink unit and sink which arrived in a box with no protection. It was so lucky that the sink isn't damaged and the sink unit itself only had the outer edges slightly marked. I think there should be some form of protection used to lessen the likelihood of damages occurring in transit.”

“There was no problem about the goods but the notice for the first delivery attempt was very short and we were not able to receive the goods. We were charged to re-arrange it and was told we would receive a call before delivery, but no call was received and the delivery turned up when we were not there.”

“The products I ordered are great and delivery prompt, however I was charged 2 separate delivery charges for 2 items on the same order which I found extremely disappointing. I feel if spending a certain amount then delivery should not be charged for. If I could've sourced the products elsewhere, I would not have bought from here because of delivery charge.”

“Placed an order for bathroom equipment which were suppose to be in stock, as paid for next day delivery. 3 days later enquired and was informed that 1 item was out of stock, which I was informed that if I cancelled that item they could dispatch the order, which I did 3 days later. Delivery was taken when but, 1 item missing the toilet pan. This then took 3 days to arrive as they wouldn't bring the item out which was in their warehouse (had just been missed off the van) and they don't work weekends. I had a very unsatisfactory response, no one taking responsibility, I was asked to put it in writing and ring another number, only to revive a reply about company policy. Wouldn't use the company again, due to poor customer relationship. If I'd have received an apology for the missing item, and an explanations then my review may have been different, but speaking to 3 rude office people wasn't good. Oh the delivery driver was very pleasant!”

“Initially the wrong shower tray was delivered but this was quickly rectified. Unfortunately the waste that was sold alongside the tray did not fit (too small) and this was only discovered on installation so an alternative needed to be quickly sought. It took quite a lot of communication to get the item refunded but I believe this was the fault of the distributor rather than Ergonomic Designs who were me trying their best to sort it.”

“Product choice and ordering, quality of goods is great. What lets the company down is the delivery service they use. Delivery driver was going to mark the delivery as failed and leave again unless my husband with a broken shoulder got onto the back of the lorry to help lift the heavy items off. Products clearly labelled heavy - 2 man lift but come on a truck with no tail lift and one driver :(”

“we ordered a shower tray in anti slip. the surface was very rough and it was unable to clean. there should be a better photo and explanation that it is link sand paper! we ordered a normal one and are happy now!”
