Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. I contacted Ergonomic Designs and was advised that my new kitchen sink would be delivered in 2-3 working days and that it would definitely arrive by the day the fitters from our quartz supplier came to take a template. We went off to London for a couple of days safe in the knowledge that our kitchen wouldn't be delayed and left our house to our builders. The sink hasn't arrived (today is Saturday) so the quartz people have had to be delayed to a later date and as a consequence our kitchen has been put back. Not a happy soul here!!!

Cant write review on product yet as ive not even opened the box. On the delivery, yes it came on the day they said i phoned in tge morning to find out eta was told i would be second drop and it would be in the next half hour (happy days) i phoned them an hour later to see when delivery would be now any time in next 3 or 4 hours asked if van driver could phone (which is normal practice these days, sorry not a service they have). About 2 hours later driver phones said he will be here in about 2 hours, so when he was about 1/2 late i phoned his number and he was just near. Maybe if they could give a more accurate or realistic time i would be more willing to recommend 😊

Great product pricing. Beware of delivery process. Offices are only open between 9-5. If you go for standard delivery process then you will get a call 1 hour before the delivery driver arrives at your door. Not a problem if you

If you require customers to personally sign for deliveries, and threaten a re-charge if they are out, a 4 hour window of when the parcel will be delivered would be very helpful!

Very disappointing delivery. Screen shot led us to believe the delivery was made to Middleton, 20 miles from us. We went there to then find it had been delivered to Bury. Another very poor Dpd delivery/ communication. Dpd don't see anything wrong with what they've done. This has wasted a lot of our time. Our order clearly stated a home delivery. As soon as Dpd deviated from that we should have been given clear communications. Pathetic service from them. I probably wouldn't order again from Ergonomics designs, purely to avoid Dpd. I would like a refund of our delivery charge. In our view the item was not delivered in line with agreed delivery details at purchase.

Not the best start as was I formed my item was delayed after they found it damaged in the warehouse. When it arrived it was spilt into 2 pieces. Awaiting collection if the item and replacement

Ordering process easy. Goods arrived quickly and on the advertised day, though timing windows not provided. I had an issue with its website not being accurate enough about the (in)compatibility of 2 items, which required me to return one of the items and replace it. Ergonomic Designs refunded the item's cost outside of the 14 day returns window (good) but took a lot of persuading on the phone, by e-mail and then letter to refund some of the postage/packing costs (not so good). So ordering, delivery and quality of goods fine, personal service, though polite, not quite so fine.

Only writing this to stop Ergonomic designs from spamming me with bloody requests to write a review of a replacement valve. It’s a valve, what can I say? would have preferred a choice of colour options, possibly a choice of leather seats though. Hopefully this stops the bloody emails

Hi William, I can see that you placed your order online. The system calculates the postage charge based upon the delivery postcode. I can see on your order you were only charged 6.50 postage for delivery to EH3. There was an error on your billing post code and this has now been corrected.

I ordered a valve for my shower, which was as listed (although it’s not been fitted yet) and arrived on time. My reason for the 3 stars is that the package was so enormous and over the top and in this day and age of recycling and monitoring waste it was down right crazy. My valve was in a small box approx 15cm x 8cm x 8cm this was then inside another box with was approx 60cm x 50cm x 20cm with paper packing inside too. Just a bit wasteful.

Prompt despatch of items ordered, and received undamaged. However, this was a German/Swiss sink, and there was no mention of the incompatibility of the waste with regular UK traps. OK, a plumber would have known that, but as Ergonomic's site is consumer- rater than trade-oriented, this fact should be clearly spelled out. As it was, the required siphon kit, good though it is, needed the placing of a separate order and associated inconvenience and additional carriage charges. Poor show, ErgonomicDesigns.

The good, Ergonomic designs provide many products at a decent price and have a wonderful customer services team who are happy to help with any query both over the phone and in the shop. The bad, and what I found absolutely annoying, is the fact that when I purchased something online, I, myself, needed to be the one to pick it up. I couldn't appoint my builder (the one with a van) to be the one to pick up the products. If I wanted my builder to pick up, he then had to be the one to place the order and pay for it. So ridiculous! The only other option was to pay OBSCENE delivery costs. Due to this, I ended up using other websites to purchase products that I couldn't fit in my own car. Also, there is no flat fee for delivery, so instead of me just paying one lump delivery fee for a stone shower tray, toilet, radiators and fixings, mirror, etc, I ended up making multiple purchases because otherwise the delivery fee goes up and up and up the more you add to your purchase. One for having a tray delivered, one order for the things that I could pick up, and then having to have my builder make a purchase for me for the toilet because I couldn't pick it up on my own and adding it to the shower tray delivery was going to tack on another lump sum. Also, I didn't realise this until visiting the shop, but they don't have the majority of products there in house. I found a mirror on their website that I wanted to buy. It said 'in stock' so I figured I would just buy it when I went to pick up my pre-ordered radiator. When I got there, I found out that it was 'in stock' with the supplier, not them. So, I ended up having to make another trip there when the mirror was ready to be picked up. Also, AMEX may be taken online, but it's not available to use in the actual store. Weird. Ergonomic Designs is friendly and helpful, but a huge pain in the rear to purchase with.

This relates to a Franke EOX 611 S/S sink. In fact two were separately ordered and both were delivered the following morning (one of them was damaged during installation), so five stars for that. However, the standard UK waste fittings that were to hand did not fit. Tradesmen familiar with the product would know this and would order the siphon kits offered as extras. Now, this is a consumer-facing sales oriented website. It would be a simple matter for Ergonomic to make this point for each product affected but, no, they don't wish to extend such a courtesy to their customers, who thus discover the hard way that the Franke kit is required, and that additional carriage charges and delays are incurred. Worth less than one star.

Hi, unfortunately once an item is used it cannot be returned as it cannot then be sold. We offer a 14 day return period for items ordered in error but they do have to be in their original packaging and condition. This does mean they cant be used as if we had to sent you an item previously used you would not be happy which is why its important to check that you are ordering the right item.

Ordering was easy delivery was quick and I liked the idea you could have it delivered to a pick up point but the product was not as described on the internet I phoned up and they agreed it was an error on their part and would change it

We are waiting to send the bath back as it is too small .However we still dont have a collection date .Beth O'Dell has been very helpful to us in this respect .
