Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Once again my experience with Ergonomic Designs has been excellent. Their choice of courier DPD ensure a time slot next day with delivery, which is extremely convenient. Their communication is also exceptional, after my order mistake, I was helped to ensure that I received what I needed, and refunded very promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, great quality goods at good value prices. I will happily use them again when refitting my other bathroom.”

“Good product, Value for money, but few bits were missing and a very poor BAD delivery. I wrote on the instructions to be given half an hour notice but the delivery chap rang to say I am at your door and when I told him can you wait 5 minutes he said no too busy and let the big parcel behind my wheelie bin, hence the rating.”

“Kept me informed of when my delivery would take place and was all nicely arranged for when I was in. Got an email informing me of the 1 hour slot that delivery would take place followed by a call from the delivery driver 15 minutes before he arrived. All delivered ok and well packaged to avoid damage. Would definitely recommend as they were also the cheapest I could find for the items I needed”

“Rang and spoke to a very nice young man who was friendly, knowledgeable and patient in answering my queries regarding the shower enclosure and accessories I wanted. The transaction was easy and hassle free and within a few days I'd received my lovely looking enclosure and tray etc and now waiting for the plumber to fit them. Great service, and what looks like a super quality shower for a really great price too. I would most definitely use Ergonomic Designs again and would be happy to recommend them.”
