Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I'm really impressed with this company. I bought a 2 way thermostatic shower about 8 years ago and needed a replacement thermostat for it. I sent them a picture and, even though the shower was obsolete, they identified the part and quickly supplied it.”

“They have good products and prices but customer services is very poor, I have just called to double check on delivery date for a Butler sink which supposed to be delivered on Friday and was told that will be delivered on Tuesday. So today called again and spoke with Sam and he said that the delivery failed, was no one available. I was all day at home waiting for the delivery as I had the worktop people booked to get my template. Anyway Sam said it will call me back and he will check with the RAK Direct for redelivery, .. he never called back, then My wife called and the "Lady" was quite rude .. so we cancelled the order. I meet 2 other guys Ryan and Jason very nice people but this was unacceptable.”

“Good product delivered promptly at a decent price. My only gripe is that Ergonomic Designs, like many other companies in this space, try to tell you that you only have 48 hours after delivery to notify them that the product is damaged - which is not the case under consumer law. I do wish that companies would not attempt to hide consumer rights this way.”

“Paid £12.99 for delivery of two products: disc valve and thermostatic cartridge (fairly small). Only one came... Rang and was treated like I was trying to rob them of a thermostatic cartridge(exciting I know). Had the plumber in the house and booked a half day of work (pretty expensive experience for me), but that was apparently my fault. It might sound crazy but I expected to at least recieve my items when I paid £12.99 for the delivery. Pretty poor overall, poor customer service and poor service. I hope at least my second item arrives. Definitely not recommended.”

“Delivery is way too slow for in stock items. Product was delivered to you on a Tuesday and it wasn’t passed the the courier who didn’t arrange delivery until the following Monday. The reason we used ergonomic designs was because the item was in stock.”
