Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “£900 bath arrived cracked. I paid £50 for a courier who would only deliver to kerbside. Ergonomic designs have refused to collect and replace.”

Hi, please accept our apologies that your request for us to collect and replace the items was refused. Unfortunately, the manufacturers will not accept any claim for damage after 48 hours. When you sign for the item you are signing for the item as received in good condition and unless the damage is reported within 48 hours the manufacturer will not replace the item. We do advise this on all despatch information and on the delivery notes, and any damage reported within this time will always be collected and replaced but outside of this time im afraid the manufacturers will not offer this.

“Excellent service from start to finish. I sent several e mails with questions I neede answering before I made my purchase & these were answered promptly with the information I required. I placed my order for a Merlyn Truestone slate shower tray on Monday evening (23rd July) & received the goods on Thursday (26th July ) The delivery driver rang me 1hr before he arrived to update me on the delivery. The shower tray was packed extremely well & I am very pleased with the quality. I shall definitely be ordering more items for my bathroom & would highly recommend the company to other people. One very satisfied customer. W. Rowe”
