Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “My delivery turned up on time and I was kept informed as to when it would.Excellent. The tap itself looks fine but it isn't installed yet.It's heavy and has the swivel head I was looking for and there aren't too many around at the moment. It looks clean lined but I would have liked something a little more upto date looks wise.”

“Excellent Service. - Bath, Toilet & Cistern, Full Pedestal Washbasin and a Glass Shower Enclosure ordered late Tuesday evening - Delivery arrangements made by telephone on Wednesday morning - Delivered in perfect condition on Thursday before lunch !!! OK still no fitted.... so I cant give review on the products - but visually they all look great.”

Hi, Thank you for leaving us a review and your comments on our prices, delivery and service. In regards to the password issue you have mentioned, please rest assured that we do take security very seriously. The password you mention is a temporary password and we send this when the account is set up over the phone or you use the forgot password link. If you login to your account you can change the temporary password to a password of your choice. All passwords are encrypted on our server, so the staff never see them and are protected in the event of a breach through the latest security measures. As it is a temporary password that is sent this should always be changed.

“I ordered a toilet pan on its own ( no seat or cistern) so EG emailed me to check that my order was correct. Actually it was. Once ordered i received an email stating delivery and the item was delivered on the day ( the delivery van broke down, but my delivery still made it to me on the stated day). All in all a good service and i recomend EG”
