Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Product over priced. Product quality acceptable rather than the high quality described. Delivery driver unable to find address. Glad to help with 3 calls to get him to the right location. Overall service not as good as Victorian Plumbing who delivered a different product in the previous week.”

“Excellent price - good service. The courier was delayed on my first order and so that took almost 2 weeks to arrive so be aware that they may use a small courier. The second order arrived in very good time. There was a damaged shower tray which was replaced very quickly directly from the manufacturers. There is always someone available to speak to on the phone and I would highly recommend them.”

“When you take the most expensive delivery option and they still cant provide an pm delivery its not a good start”

Unfortunately, as advised on the website we do not offer a timed delivery on the direct delivery option. This is an express delivery option direct from the manufacturers. On the smaller items sent with DPD we do offer a 1 hour delivery time slot.

“I've just completed my second order with Ergonomic Designs and have, once again, been completely satisfied with the excellent service - both from their own staff and the delivery company. Extremely helpful sales staff and the delivery company couldn't have been more accommodating. Would definitely recommend them (and the prices are extremely competitive too!).”

“My delivery turned up on time and I was kept informed as to when it would.Excellent. The tap itself looks fine but it isn't installed yet.It's heavy and has the swivel head I was looking for and there aren't too many around at the moment. It looks clean lined but I would have liked something a little more upto date looks wise.”
