Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Was pleased overall with the service I received, easy to order online & very competitively priced. Only downside was cost of delivery, thought it was slightly expensive for only a small item, but delivery was relatively quick considering the current circumstances. Would definitely consider buying from here again.”

“Ordered a toilet pan and seat just as nation went into lockdown. They advised that there would be a delay in receiving goods, which there was, but they emailed when they had a definite delivery date. It arrived as stated and is exactly what I ordered. If it hadn’t been for long delay, would have given 5 star rating.”

“I was very pleased with Ergonomic designs when ording the plumber valves. I had them in two day from order. The only thing was on the site it did not show that the ends was male connection.”

“Although the towel rails are great being a lone female I would have appreciated an instruction leaflet, until I realised that they were adjustable with an Allan key I was starting to feel rather disappointed, once sorted they are fine but a little help goes a long way”

“Very good service which however produced a problem. I ordered Friday. Monday I received an email at 5.30pm which had been posted at 3.30pm to say that my bath panel would be delivered Tuesday and that it could not be left with neighbours so I had to be in or I would be charged a redelivery fee. This was impossible as I had a prearranged meeting out of county with my wife that could not be altered. Phoned up Ergonomic Designs first thing Tuesday and the delivery was rescheduled for Wednesday. Perfect. Many thanks”

“I had to change the delivery day and I called and staff were so helpful and lovely. However despite telling me the date had been changed my bath panel still arrived on the date they originally gave me. A neighbour took it in for me so all good but moderately frustrating. Product was excellent. Price was excellent. Delivery charge was extortionate.”

“From order to delivery everything whent smooth, the only thing I am not happy with is that you are rushed into checking the products I hade to go to the clients house on a sunday to check for faults. And know we have opened boxes lying around two weeks befor install. That's when things get lost and muddled.”

“I would have liked to give "very good" rating but there was a small problem. There are two different types of 10mm flexible pipes, those with a long shank that will go deep into the monobloc and still be able to tighten with a spanner and those with a short shank unsuitable for the monobloc I have ordered because they cannot be tightened with a spanner. Sadly the 300mm hoses that come with the monobloc tap are the short ones which are no use whatsoever. Shame really as that has spoiled an otherwise very nice purchase.”
