Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Products all arrived very quickly, look and feel of good quality. Cant review the products as not yet fitted. Only downside is i had to pay p&p even though i spent over £500. I also removed items from my basket as they would be despatched from the maufactures with a massive p&p cost to me!!”

“They didn't use a special fragile courier as stated which left us with a damaged bath and units but this was quickly sorted out and replacements sent via another courier. Staff were polite and helpful over the phone. My only gripe is they email you the day before it arrives which is awkward when you work full-time.”

“Delivery costs were an unexpected pain-point once items selected. Also options for delivery were a bit confusing, and not easy to specify a delivery date. However, I was lucky and happened to be able to take the delivery which was in fact done very quickly. I haven't had chance to unpack the shower enclosure items yet, so cannot comment on product yet. Slight damage to packaging, but not expecting damage to product.”

“Excellent, rapid service and delivery. My only adverse comment is that I was not allowed to choose a delivery day or time, yet the product had to be signed for. i suggest that customers should be able to have an input to day/time of delivery.”

“An amazing range at competitive prices backed up by accessible after sales support and a quick delivery service. All in all a good experience with one complaint, that the time within which returns can be made is 14 days. Given that builders often change their start date this meant for me that by the time errors (mine) had been spotted the 14 days were up. That said, when they discovered possible error in the way their web page was worded may have lead to my problem they were quick to accept responsibility and all was made good very quickly. I would buy from them again.”

“Good price, would have been fast delivery, only problem was they insist on a signature and they first told me they'd delivery within a range of dates (5 or 6 day range), then I receive an email the day before they're going to deliver, which made it difficult as I couldn't have anyone there to take delivery, twice!”

“ordered a replacement cartridge it arrived wrong spoke to ergonomic designs it appears there was a confusion on both our parts as to cartridge required they are going to sent correct part so customer services have done a good job just awaiting new part hopefully arrives as quick as original thanks for your help resolving this issue”
