Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Good price, would have been fast delivery, only problem was they insist on a signature and they first told me they'd delivery within a range of dates (5 or 6 day range), then I receive an email the day before they're going to deliver, which made it difficult as I couldn't have anyone there to take delivery, twice!”

“ordered a replacement cartridge it arrived wrong spoke to ergonomic designs it appears there was a confusion on both our parts as to cartridge required they are going to sent correct part so customer services have done a good job just awaiting new part hopefully arrives as quick as original thanks for your help resolving this issue”

“My order came fairly quickly , unfortunately it was dumped in my driveway . As I have spinal problems I had to get someone to bring it into my property . That I found very disappointing It would stop.me ordering anything further from your company or recommending you .”

“Product as described. Delivery was delayed due to shortages at their supplier. I was contacted quickly and given the option to wait or get my money back. I opted to wait and received the product this week. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars was that the product was delivered on Monday without a prior delivery notification, I received that one on Friday!”

“We have recently refurbished our bathroom and ordered bathroom furniture from Ergonomic Designs. Although some of the furniture was damaged on delivery, customer service from Ergonomic was first class. They ensured that replacements were ordered and delivered within a few days. I would most certainly use them again.”
