Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Delivery of goods plus postage free excellent, unfortunately their was slight damage to a stainless steel item from the Franke sink I ordered. Economic Designs resolved this issue and a replacement part sent.”

“Seems to be good quality. I bought a bath/shower mixer valve for half the price of local merchants and i cant tell the difference between them. very fast delivery. i will be purchasing more items in the future from this website”

“purchased a rectangular sliding door shower enclosure. Just installed it myself the quality and design are good the only issue is the plastic caps to go on the end of the uprights a bit cheap and don't fit brilliantly. the shower was delayed on delivery but Ergonomics designs kept me informed on the process so communication was good. thanks would recommend to others”

“Hi, I am very pleased with my purchase of a Burlington close coupled wc. The transaction was fast, the goods were well packaged and are of good quality. My only query is regarding the wc cistern which has a square/curved section approx 50mm square cut out at the top left hand rear face. Although this is above the 6 L line I am concerned that if the cistern were to fill much above this it wouls start to leak out of the cut out. Can you explain what the purpose of this is please as I am not sure? Regards, Paul Fox”

“We ordered a Kaldewei shower tray from Ergonomic designs. The price was fantastic - much cheaper than anywhere else. The service was great and they sent an email with the order codes so it was easy to place the order. The only thing that could have been better was if they had told us early on that there was a long lead-in time to order the product. We haven't yet installed the shower tray so cannot comment on it.”

“Not used this supplier before but needed a specific item (Bristan Bliss Electric Shower) so looked for suppliers/prices on Google. Very good price from Ergonomic Designs and delivery was very quick. Will definitely look at their website again when I need more/similar items.”

“Found the item I was looking for at a very competitive rate on Ergonomic Designs website and it was free delivery (bonus!). Easy to order and despatch was super fast - confirmation said that if I contacted them they may be able to give me details of when the item would arrive but this was not the case. This could have caused a problem as the delivery address is not always manned but we fell lucky with the courier. Would use them again as they were competitive, prompt, responded to my delivery enquiry (even if they couldnt furnish me with details) and the item was exactly as described.”

“Staff on the phone really helpful, Part works great,arrived within 24 hours, packing costs more than the part and just because you charge a silly amount for delivery of a small part doesn't mean I want my money’s worth of packaging use some sense.”
