Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Communications and delivery was great, there was an issue with the first item that was delivered being faulty but from an Ergonomics view point this was dealt with well with regular emails.”

“Purchased designer radiator to finish off bedroom. the first radiator arrived within a couple of days but was damaged on arrival. The driver kindly took back and organised replacement, which arrived next day. Unfortunately it was also damaged but couldn't be seen without unwrapping it. After a few emails ergonomics kindly refunded money as they did not have a replacement available. All emails responded to quickly. Would buy from them again.”

“Good service, prices competitive, had to wait a short time for delivery. This was not an issue, if you need products from them then build a little time flexibility on your order. Only criticism one of the seals were damaged on the waste, and the replacement was incorrect. I would use them again.”

“Was pleased overall with the service I received, easy to order online & very competitively priced. Only downside was cost of delivery, thought it was slightly expensive for only a small item, but delivery was relatively quick considering the current circumstances. Would definitely consider buying from here again.”

“Ordered a toilet pan and seat just as nation went into lockdown. They advised that there would be a delay in receiving goods, which there was, but they emailed when they had a definite delivery date. It arrived as stated and is exactly what I ordered. If it hadn’t been for long delay, would have given 5 star rating.”

“I was very pleased with Ergonomic designs when ording the plumber valves. I had them in two day from order. The only thing was on the site it did not show that the ends was male connection.”

“Although the towel rails are great being a lone female I would have appreciated an instruction leaflet, until I realised that they were adjustable with an Allan key I was starting to feel rather disappointed, once sorted they are fine but a little help goes a long way”
