Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Although the product I ordered was unfortunately not suitable the delivery and refund were both very prompt and efficient. If I had to find fault it would be that the return postage costs were down to me.”

“The cupboard comes ready assembled which is great. Good quality and looks great. There was a tiny chip on the bottom of one of the doors, couldn't really see it unless you were very close up. Delivery was really quick and great service (direct). The only issue i had was putting the handles on.”

“Products as described, let down by delivery problem, one item went missing in transit. Ergonomic designs worked hard to sort the issue out and have a replacement delivered. Happy with service.”

“Finish good but jig for positioning floor of unit needs checking as it does not produce a floor equidistant from the bottom of the sides. Minor irritation but a nuisance when you are lining up with other units”

“Purchased a shower screen from Ergonomic Designs. The price was competitive and the order was processed promptly. Delivery took a few days longer than expected but in the current situation of disrupted supply chains the delay was not excessive. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.”

“I had a few items from you, all excellent quality delivered by 2 different firms PJH excellent easy to track and gave a good window of arrival in which they arrived Barwicks hard to track and came the day before they said they would, pure luck that someone was there to take delivery (wouldn't have been happy getting charged for an extra delivery) Hence why you only got 4*”
