Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Good selection of products, competitive prices, easy to schedule delivery. Item arrived on time and was good quality. It was easy to add on a riser kit for the shower tray I had chosen, as it was an additional extra, saving me the worry of whether I had chosen the right one.”

“Good range of competitively priced products. I had no problem contacting them by phone to change the order where I had made a mistake and the goods despatched quickly. Only small drawback is that no time slot was given for delivery and the carrier didn't have a tracking system.”

“I bought 2 sensor taps for £almost £900. Until I got the taps, the service was great but since one tap is faulty and I need help to replace it, no one is supporting to deal with this issue. I have called several times to replace the tap but I have been asked to send pictures and videos etc. I can simply send you the faulty tap and replace it with good one. Please deal with this matter as a matter of urgency. Thanks”

“This is the second order I have placed with Ergonomic Designs. I have been absolutely delighted with the ease of ordering and the outstanding delivery arrangements. The first item was delivered the following day from placing the order and the second within 48 hours, and all for no charge delivery. Do not mistake other second rate organisations with this one, you have found the best.”
