Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Price and service/ delivery were very competitive. Unfortunately one of the valves for the Beth taps was slightly bent. Our plumber has managed to use it but it is 1/8 inch out so noticeable if you’re observant!”

“first time user. both items shower tray and waste fittings arrived promptly. Really pleased with the service. All questions answered. The man I spoke to was polite explanatory and helpful. As they were recommended to me I would be more than happy to recommend them to any of my friends/family”

“The shower screen arrived promptly and was extremely well packaged. Unfortunately the support bar was not the one shown in the photos of the product. It was only 900mm long and had to be fixed to the wall opposite the screen. as my enclosure is 1100mm wide, the support bar was useless and I had to purchase a replacement one. This may be Hudson-Reed's fault rather than Ergonomic Designs, but it was annoying and expensive!”
