Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “The bath wasn't suitable for us but service sending it and sending it back was no hassle and the refund was given within a week .”

“Very good service and helpful for advice and manage to sort out redelivery of bathtub when wrong one was delivered very quickly. Great prices too.”

“No complaints with the prompt service. Just wish the details for the tap I bought were a clear as mud for a non-plumber person like myself. Spent a lot of money on a tap that was not good for purpose - I didn't realist 'no good for low water pressure' meant 'only suitable for mains pressure taps'. Costly error on my part.”

“Very easy to use website, great over the phone assistance, very prompt delivery. The only reason it is not a score of 5 is that your delivery carrier was unable to give me an idea of delivery time, not even am or pm.”

“We have not had the opportunity to have the tap fitted yet, as we are waiting on the plumber, but we have held it in place and it looks FANTASTIC.... so let's hope, it works as good as it looks.”

“This is a lovely stylish tap, just what we needed I think. We haven’t fitted it yet but I’m sure all will be in order. The service was good and I was kept informed throughout. Would definitely recommend.”

“Called because no news of dispatch. Excellent response. They immediately called their supplier about the delay. The supplier sent them the taps the next day and they were immediately sent on to me by 'next day delivery'.”

“No problems, fast despatch, good prices. Sink looks great. Courier however did leave the box out in the pouring rain! Not good but Ergonomic Designs can't really be blamed for that, just a typical delivery driver!”
