Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Found what I wanted and at a good price, the order came quickly but was damaged and the exchange was very quick too but plumber installed this morning and found that the plug is missing so waiting for them to get back to me!”

“The product was a good price, and the service was fine. Whilst there was a hiccup with delivery, it was sorted out with good customer service. The item has not yet been fitted, but appears complete.”

“No problems with delivery and we would have been very happy with the item had we been able to fit it in our bathroom but because of difficulties with plumbing we could not keep it. Through ongoing communications with Ergonomic Designs I am very pleased that a resolution has been found with regard to a return and refund. Many thanks”

“Easy service, good prices. Delivery a little slow and no box to say to leave in a safe place. But I could contact DPD when they notified me and they did so. Small matter and I would use them again”

“Ordered 4 items on the Friday, all were available for collection the following Thursday. Great prices for the items but a single delivery charge for all items would've been appreciated over "per item" delivery. Would use again if required only because of how (relatively) close I am to the collection depot. Regional collection depots an idea in future? But I suspect this will mean an increase in cost being passed onto customers”

“Overall a very good experience. Only problem was regarding delivery where no warning was given and delivery turned up at 7.30 am. Driver told me that he had to deliver his first order to neighbours since he couldn't arouse the client .and that was between 7 and 7.15 am. Not acceptable in this day and age.”

“Great prices and service but beware delivery. Ordered 2 items and got charged delivery on both. Approx £7 for shower £13 for toilet Called to query and advised to select bundle delivery. Ha now £35. Toilet was delivered direct from manufacturer. No charge to ergo so extra profit for them. Items not fitted yet but both Hudson Reed so confident they will be fine”
