Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Good product delivered promptly at a decent price. My only gripe is that Ergonomic Designs, like many other companies in this space, try to tell you that you only have 48 hours after delivery to notify them that the product is damaged - which is not the case under consumer law. I do wish that companies would not attempt to hide consumer rights this way.”

“Sent the goods as ordered, with no issues in terms of the purchase. Can't comment on the shower yet as I've still not installed it. I took off one star as their courier was shocking (DPD). That may be harsh but it's all part of the service experience.”

“The website is terrible, for example password is sent in plain text by email (a big security flaw). The actual prices, delivery and service by phone are excellent though.”

Hi, Thank you for leaving us a review and your comments on our prices, delivery and service. In regards to the password issue you have mentioned, please rest assured that we do take security very seriously. The password you mention is a temporary password and we send this when the account is set up over the phone or you use the forgot password link. If you login to your account you can change the temporary password to a password of your choice. All passwords are encrypted on our server, so the staff never see them and are protected in the event of a breach through the latest security measures. As it is a temporary password that is sent this should always be changed.

“I ordered a toilet pan on its own ( no seat or cistern) so EG emailed me to check that my order was correct. Actually it was. Once ordered i received an email stating delivery and the item was delivered on the day ( the delivery van broke down, but my delivery still made it to me on the stated day). All in all a good service and i recomend EG”

“Ordering on the website and the price very good, unfortunately it would have been 5 stars but the lack of knowledge of delivery day and time frame has removed a star, I only new of delivery when the guy was at my door! Thankfully I have very good neighbours.”
