Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “Found the item I was looking for at a very competitive rate on Ergonomic Designs website and it was free delivery (bonus!). Easy to order and despatch was super fast - confirmation said that if I contacted them they may be able to give me details of when the item would arrive but this was not the case. This could have caused a problem as the delivery address is not always manned but we fell lucky with the courier. Would use them again as they were competitive, prompt, responded to my delivery enquiry (even if they couldnt furnish me with details) and the item was exactly as described.”

“Staff on the phone really helpful, Part works great,arrived within 24 hours, packing costs more than the part and just because you charge a silly amount for delivery of a small part doesn't mean I want my money’s worth of packaging use some sense.”

“Good prices, friendly advice when visiting their premises and prompt delivery (although I had to assist with carrying the goods into the house - not a problem for me and forewarned by Ergonomic Designs in their email but not sure what happens when delivery is to someone who is less able/unable to help). Had to raise an issue about a toilet which didn't live up to the portrayed image, which was disappointing. My communication with the Ergonomic Designs sales office was dealt with efficiently but not resolved to my satisfaction, which rankles given the amount of money I have spent with Ergonomic Designs. I will now have to purchase items elsewhere in order to attempt to resolve the issue.”

“None of the Items in my order have been fitted yet but everything seems in order and we are happy with the service and quality of goods so far. Would recommend ergonomic designs for anyone wanting good quality items at a reasonable price.”
