Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “I've had very good experience with Ergonomic Design. Initially I was attracted to them because the price - esp of their shower units were competitive. On purchasing one I like it so much I got the exact same one for a downstairs toilet. But the real test of things is when stuff goes wrong. We had an issue with a shower tray - also much cheaper (for this time a branded one) than I saw elsewhere. Alas the tray came malformed (and without a trap) and although the builders attempted to flatten it out it wasn't budging. Even during the height of lock down I was impressed at the support we got - both from Ergonomic Designs and Traymate who arranged another one to be sent. Alas even that was very slightly cracked (in an non visible way) and on their advice they sent a third tray to sort things out quickly. So far everything seems to be working well.”

“Very good customer service and delivery. My order was delayed by a shortage by one of their suppliers but I was kept informed regularly by email and phone of the progress of the components. Eventually I cancelled that part of my order and the remaining parts were delivered on time for my project. Full marks to the office staff and warehouse staff who worked hard on my order. I will certainly consider them again for future orders.”

“We ordered a reversible ceramic sink but had a problem as there was only a tap hole on one side(happened to be the wrong side for our kitchen layout). Contacted them straight away (Friday morning) and they replaced it for us first thing Monday morning. Very happy with the sink & service.”
