Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. “As an installer, over the years I have used ED probably 50+ times. They have never let me down, and the occasional problem with supply or delivery has been quickly resolved. Very speedy response to queries. Prices reliably good.”

“I bought and installed installed a shower from these people in 2010. A few months ago the thermostatic control valve became difficult to adjust and it eventually seized. I phoned to order a replacement. it was dispatched within an hour of ordering - about 2.00 pm and was delivered at 8.00 am the following morning. It was relatively easy to replace and will probably last another 10 years.”

“Very good product ordered, and delivered before scheduled arrival. had to return as not needed after plumber visit. great easy returns policy and grateful also the for time scale, as the plumber let me down on first visit, although I had the item. Will definitely use again .thank you for all your help.”

“I've had very good experience with Ergonomic Design. Initially I was attracted to them because the price - esp of their shower units were competitive. On purchasing one I like it so much I got the exact same one for a downstairs toilet. But the real test of things is when stuff goes wrong. We had an issue with a shower tray - also much cheaper (for this time a branded one) than I saw elsewhere. Alas the tray came malformed (and without a trap) and although the builders attempted to flatten it out it wasn't budging. Even during the height of lock down I was impressed at the support we got - both from Ergonomic Designs and Traymate who arranged another one to be sent. Alas even that was very slightly cracked (in an non visible way) and on their advice they sent a third tray to sort things out quickly. So far everything seems to be working well.”
