Ergonomic Designs is a UK based family owned company, and began trading in August 2001. Since then, we have come a long way and more recently we have branched out and now sell a range of kitchen sinks and taps as well as our better known bathroom products. We believe that every customer deserves the best service and products and realise that every bathroom is different, which is why we sell items from well known brands as well as our own branded high quality, but lower priced items. HI Eske, please accept our apologies your order did not arrive. As you are aware the TNT delivery driver delivered it on the 8th Sept at 10:29 which was the day after you placed your order. However, you notifed us that he had not delivered it to your property and that you had not received it. We opened a case with TNT and have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to you

“I made a mistake when ordering and didn't realise until I had unpacked the shower tray. It was the wrong size and although it was my mistake and it had been repackaged as well as possible it didn't look great. Ergonomic Designs spoke with the manufacturer who agreed to take it back and waive the transport and re-stocking fee. They also gave me a full refund. I would certainly use them again.”

“From browsing for the product to taking delivery its been an excellent service. I suspect the shower enclosure we've ordered isn't a commonly stocked brand, we could only find half a dozen sites listing it, none of which were "well known names" - all the other sites had a real mix of reviews, with too many negative ones for us to feel comfortable ordering with. Ergonomic designs were the second cheapest (not by far either), but their reviews (even with the occasional poor one) were much better. The other sites poor reviews all related to delivery issues and no customer service. So, we took a punt and placed our order with Ergonomic designs and kept our fingers crossed. We immediately got an order confirmation with all the relevant details. 48 hours before delivery we got a dispatch email - however since ordering, an hospital appointment came up, typically on the date of expected delivery. We spoke to a guy on the live chat customer service, he liaised with the delivery firm and got it rebooked for a later date that was suitable, free of charge. The morning of delivery, we got a text advising us of our time slot (only slight gripe, it was between 9 and 1. No big deal, but it's becoming more common to be given more precise slots now so maybe moving forward that could be looked at? Or maybe even a live tracking service?). The van turned up, driver was really pleasent I offered to give him a lift with the items, and noticed in the back of his wagon, everything was neatly stacked, and everything strapped in place - it looked like the van could tip over and everything would remain in place! The two large boxes appeared in great condition. Overall, very impressed with the ease of the site. The price was very reasonable. The live chat agents were really helpful. And delivery was spot on. So from my experience so far I would be happy to use again and recommend to others.”

“The sign of a good company is how problems are resolved I had an issue with a shower screen, not the companies fault, and they sorted my complaint in a timely and efficient manner. Would definitely recommend Ergonomic designs and would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.”

“Delivery was delayed but followed up when I expedited (Shouldn't ED have done that automatically?) The colour was white but it looked cream in our white bathroom so had to be returned. It was disconcerting to see no telephone contact for customer service but the return process and refund worked well. Unfortunately the refund did not include the shipping charge which was quite expensive. Feel regret regarding the colour of the item”
